We had an initial conversation to discuss our ideas about the shoot and he took the time to listen and learn about what was important to us. This was entirely evidenced by the final product. Midwest LifeShots made everything work for us in the end, but it was definitely more of a hassle than any of the other wedding vendors we dealt with.
