I've been going to this place for 5 years now and Javi was the first barber in this place to cut my hair , so I've been a steady customer of Javi ever since. Javi always does a good job and includes trimming my mustache. This place has a group of about 8 young Cuban guys who work as barbers. They are always chatting back and forth , playing good music , and having a good time. It's a pleasant place to come and have my haircut. Javier shaved her head and when she went to pay he wouldn't let her. He told her that if she is feeling too sick to come in that he would go to her home and shave her head there. It's 3 weeks later and the one thing that I specifically remember about my visit is the Awesome customer service I received from Heather. She brought me back to her station and began working on my scruffy head. While she was working she gave me a $5 off coupon for my next visit and gave me a free shampoo too. Meanwhile, the whole time she was engaged in with conversation with me from start to finish. She also possessed a key ingredient when working in customer service: PERSONALITY!!! Got a really good haircut, the atmosphere is nice and well maintained. They also dedicate the first Wednesdays of every month for free haircuts to veterans. That really cool. Check them out.
