I've been going to this place for 5 years now and Javi was the first barber in this place to cut my hair , so I've been a steady customer of Javi ever since. Javi always does a good job and includes trimming my mustache. This place has a group of about 8 young Cuban guys who work as barbers. They are always chatting back and forth , playing good music , and having a good time. It's a pleasant place to come and have my haircut. They take "walk Ins" but it's better to make an appointment because this place is always busy. Well , all done for today. Good job Javi. See ya next time.

Man, my choices were slim and none, so I googled local barbershops and Sport Clips came up. I absolutely loath Haircuttery and I imagined this couldn't be much different. Boy, I stand corrected now. It's 3 weeks later and the one thing that I specifically remember about my visit is the Awesome customer service I received from Heather. Meanwhile, the whole time she was engaged in with conversation with me from start to finish. She also possessed a key ingredient when working in customer service: PERSONALITY!!!
