This is so unprofessional and really unfortunate that their service is totally compromised. The pharmacy lead told me I'm free to go to another pharmacy when I expressed my disappointment. I was tempted to remove a star on this review as my husband's prescription could NOT be dispensed immediately as the pharmacist was on a break (short staff at this location). That was a bit alarming at first but my husband's pain was controlled well at that point and the wait was definitely on the shorter side of the range I was given. The staff sent me a text message when the prescription was ready. While I waited, I found several other items that my husband had requested. Those areas of the store were nicely stocked (no empty shelves here!) I had a $10 off coupon which I used (with purchase of $40 or more) very nice!
