The place was absolutely packed. They had ordering kiosks that made ordering a little more convenient except our kiosk ran out of paper so we didn't get a receipt. We had to stand in line again to get a receipt which was annoying. The workers were actually very nice considering how crazy that location is. We did have to wait awhile to get the fries but they were hot and delicious. The restaurant was pretty much a wreck but the amount of volume they do is mind blowing. You know what to expect at Five Guys so that's definitely a bonus.
