First of all it's difficult to eat here due to its popularity. A name will buy you that. I arrived on time and was promptly seated. The menu is fairly simple with about 4-5 options each for your starter, main and dessert for a 55€ price without drink. I ordered Walt's salad followed by the sea bass and then pineapple upside down cake to finish. All 3 of the foods were servings on the smaller side and none of them stood out to me. They looked pretty on the plate but taste wise warranted no more than a 3 score. I almost gave a 2 score for these reasons. First with a soft drink the bill for this lunch was 61€. That is expensive and especially so for the small servings and average taste. The second problem was time. After I was seated it took 15 minutes for the waitress to appear. Then after ordering it took 20 minutes for the salad to be delivered. Then 30 minutes after finishing the salad the main course was brought to the table. Then after finishing the main, I requested for the dessert to be delivered and it took 10 more minutes and then when finished with the meal it took another 15 minutes for the bill to be brought to me for payment. That lunch took about 1.5 hours from start to finish and I didn't come to Disneyland Paris to spend most of my time eating an overpriced lunch. I know that meals are slow in France however the Park is only open for so many hours in a day and diners don't have time to spend most of it in this restaurant, This meal should have lasted no more than 1 hour. I should have known this wasn't going to be a good experience when the menu was delivered to me. The front cover was faded and worn (see pic). A good restaurant wouldn't let that happen. Poor Walt must be turning over in his grave knowing this.

It's pretty small inside, so not a great place to keep your luggage as you are waiting for your food. We were able to find a small window table. There are kiosks in the waiting area, making it easy to place your order (in French or English) and pay for it as well. It's important to ask for a printed receipt since the number is what is called out when food is ready. There were quite a few people wing. I tried to remember what our number (28) is pronounced in french (vingt-huit!), but somehow I couldn't recognize it (sigh...). The nice young woman at the counter, repeated it in English once nobody stepped up. Ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets (11€) and a Big and Tasty (9€), which came out to $21.69 on my bank card (the merchant was called NANDRE). The nuggets tasted exactly the same as in the States. Got two sauces: Mustard (Moutarde) which tasted the same as Hot Mustard, and Curry which was a new flavor and was pretty good. The Big and tasty was a double patty hamburger with all the toppings and a strip of bacon. It was pretty filling and had plenty of beef (it tasted the same to me). It wasn't a quick or easy meal after our long trip, but it ended up fine.

For dessert, we finished with a chocolate soufflé and chocolate mousse -- both flawless. Every dish was beautifully executed, and honestly, this place puts 3 star Le Bernardin in NYC to shame. Every time I dine in Paris, I'm reminded that French restaurants here simply operate on another level -- the Michelin standards in France are just higher. The service was excellent -- attentive without hovering, and the atmosphere had that perfect casual elegance that makes fine dining in Paris so enjoyable. The lobster was a touch overcooked, but still very flavorful, and the sole meunière was absolute perfection -- buttery, delicate, and melt-in-your-mouth good. All the raw dishes were impressively fresh and refined, and the desserts were rich and beautifully balanced. We didn't realize the spiny lobster was priced by weight because we didn't look at the prices...so when the bill came to about €1,200, we were a bit surprised -- but after laughing it off and tasting the rice dish they made from the leftover lobster, it felt about right. The food experience was not consistent either: I loved the squid carbonara but the monkfish for the main course was like rubber, yet the side of seasonal veggies was delightfully fresh and reminded that it is still spring outside... In other words, go figure. But overall, I expected more consistency from a place that has claimed a spot on the Michelin list and charges accordingly. In my opinion, there are more humble but much more pleasant spots in Paris that understand and celebrate hospitality.
