She was very bitter and said people only come in once a year to get their discount and never comeback so they reduced the discount- person needs to be present and show a valid ID. I responded that's fine my birthday was last week and she seemed annoyed by me saying this. I was still going to purchase the item and possibly some sunglasses. Religiously, when we get to window, we are told some prescriptons are ready,some are not! We are told to go to back of line! Why were we told they were ready? Obviously,Manager (or maybe Pharmasist ) are happy with the rude employees at window (same at the counter). NOW we have learned they close the pharmacy for lunch hour! Remember we are from out of town, which by time we get to Sapulpa, is around lunch hr. Yep! We believe employees deserve lunch hr! So, NOW we must twittle our thumbs till they get back (in extreme heat) ! (Now we set at window through lunch ( now we are hangry!) to find out we must go to back of line! When we finally return BACK to the window, THREE employees are standing IDLE at the window! Could they not stagger lunch for one employee, at left lane (like most caring businesses), closing counter,putting a cone at right pick up lane (maybe a large sign in right lane 'Right lane reopens after lunch'(nearer to parking lot). For Goodness sakes this a Pharmacy...... not a a flower shop, people are depending on their prescriptons.....Yes Walgreens keep prices lower, YET, come on, step up to the plate , give fair dependable cust. service!
