I am cool with employees who say hey when you come in the store, but I personally (as well as friends who have come with me) feel like the employees are over the top with conversation. They come and ask about all these different things like school and where I've been shopping, and I'm just there to look at clothes. I hate to say it, but it's the truth. They're as sweet as they can be, and pretty helpful if I have a question about items, but let me breath.

I was skeptical when I saw the word warehouse because I've been to such "warehouses" and they weren't very big. This definitely isn't an exaggeration. It has such a selection of wigs, hair, and anything else you would need to "beautify" yourself. Variety: this place had brands that I had never heard of. Not that I am an expert with hair brands or anything, but they definitely provide you with numerous options. Customer service: The people here are super nice! I am huge on Customer Service and I definitely will say that I would recommend asking them anything you need to. They seem to be very experienced and know their stuff! Prices: they seem to have reasonable prices when it comes to hair. I must say though that their clothing seems to be overpriced. Their hair accessories are a little bit overpriced, but they're pretty reasonable. Would I recommend: Absolutely! Give yourself time to roam the store because it is ginormous! Will I be back? Yup!

I visited Rainbow in Montgomery, Alabama [2750 Eastern Blvd] on Friday, 06/05/26, around 5:30 PM…read more At this specific location, there was a security guard, primarily observing customers for retail prevention loss. The store was decently sized and had a good amount of merchandise available, from clothes, shoes, accessories, perfumes, and so much more. I was not able to gravitate towards any clothing that stood out to me. I proceeded to purchase jewelry only, which was at a valuable deal of buy one, get one 50% off. The check-out line was quite long and took a while. There were about 5+ individuals in front of me with only one associate helping out customers. The staff member wasn't the friendliest and seemed a bit bothered upon our interaction. This Rainbow shop provided a slightly underwhelming experience, from the inventory to the customer service.

Unfortunately, though the hours were listed as 11am-7pm on Saturdays, no one bothered to open the shop at 11. I had spent $20 on an Uber there so I waited. No one ever bothered to show up to open the store. I finally gave up at 11:30 and got another $20 Uber back to my hotel. Very disappointing since it had such great reviews and looking through the window, I have no doubt they had a nice selection. It is just a shame that nobody opened the store at the time they said they opened.

The offerings included clothes, purses, jewelry, skincare/beauty products, perfumes/colognes, home decor, snacks, and so much more. I desired to primarily get self-care products and a sweet treat. In this shopping trip, I gathered the following: * Lip Masks * Pineapple & Coconut Milk Body Spray Fragrance * Retinol Under-Eye Roller Serum * Dubai Chocolate Bar For these four items, I spent around $40. The total for everything was not too bad at all. The store was well-organized and presentable. Searching for products in each aisle was provided with such ease. The customer service was nice and met expectations. The check-out line was fairly quick and moved at a nice pace. Parking was ample and accessible. Overall, this TJ Maxx was marvelous. I recommend stopping by.
