Men's section was especially large and had considerably more Nike, Under Armour and North Face than any of our local locations. Also, if you're looking for game gear (Bama, JSU, and the orange team) they have a huge selection of t-shirts, hoodies, polos, décor, etc. Prices are good, and they have lots of promotions that will get you an extra 20% off one item, sometimes your entire shopping tip. Also, they run buy one get one 1/2 off on shoes from time to time. Can't finish this review without spending a second to rave about the customer service. We couldn't find a size of shoe that online indicated they had. The person working in the shoe area ripped the department apart trying to find the size we were after. Even though we were disappointed they didn't have it, it wasn't a lack of effort on their part to try and help us out. Really great store ... Highly Recommended!!!!

That's true customer service! And I appreciate the effort greatly. I did make a couple little purchases and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I recently purchased a living room set and dining room set from the pell city Badcock store when we…read moreordered it we were told there would be no problem, delivering after 4 PM, and no problem delivering if all pieces were not in, they would deliver the other pieces later. We were later told that they could not split the order so we canceled the dining room set due to the fact that all the dining room set would not come in together and this would delay the delivery. I even offered to pick up the parts that would come in later, and they said that cannot be done when the living room suit arrived. We were forced into a time that did not work for us, so had to pay someone to be there to except the delivery, we didn't get home that evening and part of the recliner would not recline back in immediately notify the store that evening and it is now seven days later, and no one from the store has reached out to come to a conclusion on getting it repaired I even purchase the extended warranty service plan so this is totally unacceptable. I've been reached out to Badcock corporate to find out that this is a privately owned store not owned by the corporation so they could do a little to help me. They did say that there was a request for the repair to be done, but the repair was noted to the wrong part of the living room set. I will never recommend this particular store again this is the first time I've had issues with Badcock period. We are supposedly set to have a repair done next Thursday, which is two weeks after the original delivery date for a piece that was delivered damaged but yet no one has contacted me to even let me know that this was scheduled and to see if times would work for me.
