On my most recent trip in, I was looking for a new cowboy hat. One of mine blew off and got stepped on by Wyatt. It left an unsightly dent on the front of the brim. The sales lady asked if I had the hat saying she might be able to reshape it.... In a manner of 5 minutes, she had it reshaped and looking almost as good as new! Even better, when I asked her how much for fixing my hat? Her reply was "Free!" It's a service they supply when you purchase hats there! What a great value!! It has been a while since I shopped at Men's Wearhouse. Two reasons why I decided to come back was…read morethey had the brand dress pants I wanted and they also had in house tailor. There was busy but they were amount staff to handle all the customers if every staff members were helping a customer but they were not. Some were busy talking with each other then helping customers. I had to wait for a while to be helped but I was helped by very nice and friendly gentleman. He helped me with picking out the pants in the colors that I wanted and the size I needed. And then he measured me, so the pants could be tailored. Now the problem...I am US Army Veteran. The Men's Wearhouse has several displays in the store for collecting donation for veterans. So Men's Wearhouse collects donations all year round but it turns out they DO NOT offer discount to veterans...only once or twice per year. And they have the nerve to ask for donations to veterans before you can complete your transaction at the payment screen. To me that seems to be money making for Men's Wearhouse scam and not to help the veterans. As a veteran, I encourage all veterans and veteran organizations to boycott Men's Wearhouse!

There simply is no comparison to the level of attention and service you will get at this shop. Don't like shopping? Not good at picking or matching clothing? Things don't seem to ever fit right? The salesmen here will talk to you, get a sense of what you like, what you wear to work, where you spend your free time, and start building outfits that suit your personal style, and maybe even open you up to styles you haven't considered. Your picks can then be fitted and altered to fit you perfectly, as only custom pieces can. Understandably, pricing can be an issue for some.
