I've had deliveries on and off for the last couple of years and I have to say, the food is delicious. I don't know what they do to make their chicken so moist and tender but they need to give classes, I'd be there front and center! I am uber picky about food...no mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, cilantro, etc (the list goes on and on) so for difficult me to find meals I can eat, it's a win-win. All of my deliveries have been on time and only once did I receive the wrong item (and I was credited for that immediately!). I decided to try Cook Unity for a couple of weeks to see how it compares (plus I had a coupon I couldn't refuse) and already I hate their online ordering process - what a joke. Cancelled 4 days before delivery and they still refused to refund or cancel the order, hiding behind a cutoff policy that kicks in 5 days before Sunday delivery -- which they don't make obvious when you sign up. The food quality is genuinely bad. Meals are overly fatty and portions are disappointingly small. My wife flat out refused to eat them after the first few deliveries -- that says it all. The only thing going for it is decent protein content, but that's not enough to save it. After putting up with poor quality for weeks, I finally cancelled -- and they still found a way to take another $100 from me. Customer service was cold and unhelpful, just copying and pasting policy responses. Not a single attempt to make it right. Save your money. My meals were late and 2 of the 6 were missing altogether. when I went to their glitchy chat, Jason said he'd reimburse my entire meal order ($140)... he then reimbursed me $89 and the chat glitched out before I could call him out on why I still paid $50 for 4 late meals?? wtf Factor75? essentially I paid $12 for each meal I actually received. read more

I signed up for the above and within min cancelled my subscription. They still charged me and are sending a delivery. When I called they told me that even though I cancelled because I initially signed up their condition is still to bill for a one time delivery. They agreed to deactivate my plan but I still think this is a very dishonest approach to the consumer. read more

Consumer Fraud/False Claims/Exaggerated benefits/ Factor 75 meal delivery service allows you to skip weeks of delivery, however they entice you not to skip and offer 60% discount and free shipping if you "unskip" and continue order. Had to call customer service because their "unskip" button, promising 60% discount and free shipping, did not change price. They made me feel like they are doing a favor for 60% off and refused to honor the free shipping enticement. No matter how much I pointed out the false advertising, customer service rep refused to honor free shipping "offer". This consumer fraud should be reported to the FTC. read more

If it were possible, I would give Factor 75 a zero rating. I have been with their delivery service for a few weeks and have received my deliveries late five times. The last four weeks in a row. They have never offered any credit or compensation of any kind. I have had to demand it. I am currently on hold with their customer support with an hour and fifteen minute wait time, attempting to find out where my delivery is that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. I was charged for a Factor75 order which I did NOT make. I tried canceling the delivery. They said to donate it when it arrives. I would still bel charged for the order. I DIDN'T order it! It arrived and I refused to accept it. I contacted them and they said they would issue a credit. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They issued a temporary credit only to reverse it later. I disputed it yet again and only to find it reversed again. I would NOT recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. I entered my credit card number, but saw that they did not have what I was looking for, so no transaction was completed. This is the worst. They didn't allow me to choose my own meals and when I tried to cancel following the directions that they put on their website, it didn't allow me the option to cancel. I called and they still charged me. I'm always hesitant to get subscriptions and this is the reason why. Factor is just trying to take your money. Portions could be larger. Your only recourse is to cancel if you are not satisfied with the service. There is no customer service. My meals were not delivered on the day they were scheduled. Neither of the customer service agents I spoke to had updated delivery information. They both confirmed that my meals were out for delivery when the delivery service had confirmed that the boxes were never received from Factor for delivery. When asked how they could assist with the inconvenience of no meals and no eta for my meals they offered me $10. Or a 70% discount on my next delivery. I canceled on the spot. We were given a membership to Factor to try out, After the first delivery I made it clear we were not prepared to receive another box of 8 meals anytime soon because we hadn't used up the ones we had already received, another box arrived, I cancelled our membership and in 5 days another box arrived with 8 more meals. Today I have 14 boxes of food in the refrigerator and room for little else. The food is expensive, mediocre and greasy. It is very convenient with only requiring 2 minutes in the microwave, but once they have your credit card it takes an act of congress to get them to stop sending food and charging you for it. Started setting up an account & stopped due to not being able to enter severe food allergies (pork & shellfish). Low & behold, an order showed up anyway with another already charged to my card. Someone stole my debit card and used all my info but my address. I called the company and they canceled the account after explaining that it was fraud. I asked when my money would be refunded to my card. $168 and change. Thy said they couldn't do that. I would have to call my credit card company and possible a police report. I said I'll deal with the police but just refund my money. So i have to do all the work on top of the 70 hrs a week dealing with my own business.do far not a peep from anyone in their camp. I ordered this meal plan six month ago and decided it wasn't for me. I immediately cancelled any future orders. I received an email from them a few weeks ago and when I opened it, it took me to their website. I was asked to update my password, which I did. End of story. This morning I received a text from a delivery company stating my order will be arriving this morning from Factor 75. After placing two long and unproductive calls to their customer service I was told that it was just too bad and by clicking their website I reactivated my account even though I chose no meals and had no knowledge of this via email confirmation so that I could cancel. I was able to contact the delivery company and they will donate the food and skip delivery. My only recourse is to dispute this with my credit card company when the charge comes through. This is a terrible way to run and company and my hope is that this review will prevent someone from experiencing this. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Factor 75, ordering 8 meals a week since January 2022. In that time, they've raised the price from $89/week to $109/week and the customer service has become deplorable. They've decided to cheap out and hire an incompetent delivery company, AxleHire. I've given very detailed, easy-to-follow instructions on where to deliver, yet more often than not I won't receive my delivery. I've found them at an apartment building across the street or nowhere at all. The purpose of a meal delivery service is for people who don't have the time to grocery shop & cook, and ironically I've spent more time trying to hunt my box down due to a lazy, careless driver and inevitably having to grocery shop or pay ridiculous takeout fees. When I've contacted Factor about it, they promise they'll "look into it" and it keeps happening. It's clear to me that they only care about getting my money. After giving them more than enough chances, I finally canceled. Their greed will eventually put them out of business. It's unfortunate because the meals were decent WHEN I ACTUALLY RECEIVED THEM.
