Sylvia has over 20 years experience with more than one kind/modality to treat getting rid of these persistent hairs. I never knew that there are different kinds of electrolisis for hair removal. She has combined her techniques/skills to treat my chin without doing the methods, that some do that can burn your skin and not fully get rid of them. She has the different electrolysis machine and curtails just for your kind of skin on you face needs or parts of the body. I've searched for the right style of facial and have found Frankie to be a result driven practitioner. If you're looking for a more relaxing and gentle experience she's probably not your girl, I leave her facial feeling like we did some serious WORK in the hour. She definitely provides a beautiful and comfortable environment, but she gets in there and you will feel a noticeable difference upon departure. I don't think I've ever received the same facial from her twice; she assess your skin and basically comes up with a progress plan, so I know how we're going to tackle my problem areas not just in the current appointment, but in the future ones as well (and she'll walk you through your home-care routine). She's always bringing out something new and magical to help me get to where I'd like to go. Another thing I really appreciate about her business is that she doesn't carry just one line of products, she has her favorite picks from a bunch of different product lines - truly a one-stop shop. It's hotter than hell and I just sat there on the stairs trying to get in touch with this person. I call and the first number she had listed was disconnected. Then I found another number and it gives me a message saying she's unavailable and then tells me to call a third number. I call the third number and same thing...she's not available. At this point, I'm pissed. I sat there for almost 30 min in the heat and she no showed. I have no idea if I'm being charged for the service I didn't receive. I think it's important if you're running a business out of your apartment that you give call box info or some instructions of what to do when you get there. Not everyone has been to an apartment for these types of services so it needs to be very clear. Im back home and still no call. Super unprofessional.
