She took time before and after each appointment to discuss my issues and questions as well as make recommendations for my skin routine moving forward. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and she helped dissect the different issues that are likely causing acne on the different parts of my face. I've learned a lot from her in the appointments I've had so far. I purchased a 3 visit Groupon for microdermabrasion, which was a great deal. She never made me feel like less of a customer due to my groupon-er status. She actually slightly altered my service based on what she felt my skin really needed. She did not push products on me or pressure me into scheduling future appointments. She has a great online scheduling system which includes confirmation email and reminders two days before an appointment, so helpful for forgetful people like me! She shares an office space with another business, it was tricky for me to find the first visit, so make sure you know where you're going. It's very disappointing because these treatments are not cheap. And all of the emotional investment on working on your look and well being. And losing the trust after years of being loyal to the same clinic. Honestly, don't waste your money, time, and emotional investment.
