I needed a clasp replaced on the same necklace and decided to go local. So I went in to drop off my necklace and was told they would use a used one to save me some money. Good start and appreciated them looking out for me. I was told they would call me in two weeks when it was ready. I called three weeks later to find out it wasn't ready yet but it would be on x date. I stopped in to pick it up only to find the clasp did not work with the band. That started some frantic filing prying etc to get it to fit. It finally was able to work but a bit clunky. I was told they would order a new one to fix the problem but after all this I can't trust it would be done right or on time.

They have leather vests, jackets, and chaps--mostly in black--maybe only black.
