I don't know much about fragrances, but I am very picky and dislike many things. I felt like a kid in a candy store here. I ordered the sample set and the owner threw in a free sample based on the sents I'd selected. Not only was the sample RIGHT up my alley, but I found my new all time favorite scent! This scent has people commenting on how lovely the room smells when I roll up or asking me what Im wearing. And they'll never find out because I'm ab unabashed gatekeeper and do not reveal my fragrances, but I am happy to point them and you this way!

She recommended I do the oxygen facial plus an eye treatment. It was a great facial and my skin felt smooth and the days after my skin was healthy. I don't think the facial was as good as the place I normally go to in Buffalo but it would be the second best facial I've ever had, and that is saying a lot considering the amount of facials I've had at various places. Another service I've tried here is the Brazilian wax. I normally get sugared and the only other wax I've used in that area was a hard wax at EWC but I thought I'd give the wax + strips a try. Anna was efficient and super quick, I mean from start to finish it took 10 minutes... how crazy is that? A great wax, I would come back here for the wax and suggest that you try it out too. Anna is a sweetheart and makes you comfortable the entire time. Prices are a little expensive but worth it I think.

I purchased another Groupon for my bestie and we went together. The owner, Anna was the only person there to serve us. What made her think that giving two facials at the same time was a good idea? Maybe because we are two black women, I don't know but I doubt she would have made anyone else wait in a cold room while she did one step on one client and then finally service the other client. One esthetician serving two people at the same time is ridiculous!. Maybe she made extra money that day but she lost two clients who wanted to be regular clients. I will never go back here again. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Good luck to you! How often do you treat clients with such little regard?

Pro Tip: Check out private or public retreats at Revival to sample a wide range of products…read more Stepping into Revival Body Care feels like entering a calm little oasis right in the middle of Lakewood. The store is spacious, has modern decor, and the kind of peaceful vibe that instantly makes you exhale and slow down. The shop itself is beautifully curated -- clean, minimal, but with thoughtful touches like crystals, dried florals/air plants, and cozy lighting. It feels like a space designed to nourish you, body and soul. I was greeted right away by a friendly staff member who was genuinely welcoming without ever being pushy. Main product lines include bath + body, hair, face, lips, tools, accessories, tea, and decor. Revival is my skincare secret. I am normally a skincare snob using only European products but this brand is in line with any high-quality products I've tried (if not better). I often visit or shop online for various products. Nicole the owner makes them onsite with quality ingredients and they really are magic. Everything is made with organic, vegan, and fair-trade ingredients, which is huge for me. I came in to pick up an order for Goddess Golden Hour Facial Mask. While there, I was also tempted by Lush Locks Hair Hydrating Mask and lip balm (my fave, so hydrating). Other products that I personally love are lip scrubs (so coarse and effective), body scrubs (especially the coffee one), and serums (Awaken serum is amazing). You can tell a lot of love goes into these products -- they're not just pretty; they actually work and work very well. I found a new product during my visit - shower affirmation cards (waterproof)! The store offers convenient shopping in store, online (home delivery or pickup). They also have a great point system that offers great value. Revival also offers workshops and events, retreats, like the Gua Sha tutorials and DIY facial sessions. I have been to previous private retreats onsite with friends and it was a lovely opportunity to play with products and try clay masks. Street parking is an available around the area. Watch for various signage when parking. If you get a good parking spot, check out other businesses in the area. If you're in the Cleveland area and into clean skincare or just want to treat yourself, Revival Body Care is 100% worth a visit. It's the kind of place that makes you feel good just being there -- and even better when you leave with something lovely for your skin.

FEMALE OWNED -- Revival Body Care is owned and run by a woman and I love supporting female businesses. I visited for the 2nd time in late August or early September 2020 and bought a small Himalayan salt lamp and a candle as a gift for my brother. Before that visit, I came here for the first time in mid-August 2020 for a private facial event hosted by The Beauty Boost. During my first visit, I bought a facial toning mist that contains hibiscus, aloe, and witch hazel. YES, I love that I can actually pronounce the product ingredients and that there are no harsh chemicals in them. I love the smell and freshness of the toning mist. For some reason, I was charged a little more for the bonnet that I bought when the price tag had a different price listed. Perhaps this was just a mistake on the cashier's part. I bought the following: Satin Bonnet ($4.39 but I was charged $5.49) and an Edge Control Comb ($2.29). The satin bonnet has been working well for me since I bought it and it stays on my head as I sleep and doesn't fall off. I use the bonnet when I go to bed at night. I don't use the edge control comb often at all because I only bought it to add my total store price to $5 (the store's credit card machine is $5 or more). While I only did a quick browse, this hair store offers a lot of braiding hair and hair products. Service was good except for the random mixup with my final bill.
