Instead, she boasted about running a successful business for eight years with 2,000 clients and went as far as telling me that I was no longer a customer--while I was still in the store. I left feeling humiliated and with the following questions: If the subtotal is $140, what is the total cost? (I was willing to pay up to $300, yet the website provides no clear pricing details.) Why was my time wasted when this could have been clarified over the phone? Was I refused service based on my appearance?
