This new person did not at all listen to me. The technician spent half an hour on my right leg, 15 minutes on my left leg, barely touching my knees. At least seven times, I reminded her I was there because I wanted to have my knees touched up. On top of that, she spent my entire appointment talking about her father's death. I am VERY sorry that she lost her dad but I don't know her at all &, having just lost my Dad myself, I really don't want to listen to a stranger complain about the way her mother handled her father's illness & death. And, sure enough, my knees are still full of hair, as if I'd never gone there & spent my money & time. I won't be back.

I am not so great with needles and actually ended up passing out. I was so embarrassed but the staff was kind and caring and assured me it was not a big deal. I was still able to get my lip fillers and Botox. Kelly was my injector and she did an amazing job. I can't believe the difference from just 1ml. I will never go anywhere else, I'm so pleased with her work! The only thing I would change is the injectors are not full time so booking is usually 1 month out :( ---------------------------- So happy with my laser hair removal thus far. I had gone to another place before and the pricing was crap compared to here and it was IPL not laser. The prices here are so reasonable.
