Ultimately, we agreed that a lip flip was exactly what I was looking for. Julia was my medical injector and she was amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful, thoroughly walked me through the process and what to expect during recovery, how long the injections are expected last, etc. I was interested in a natural look but asked if I should consider injections on my bottom lip for more projection. However, considering the look I wanted to achieve, she recommended I stick with injections to just my top lip. The procedure was nothing more than a few pin-pricks; albeit, I do have a high pain tolerance. I am beyond thrilled with the results and cannot wait to come back for more. Just go, thank me later!

Came at my scheduled time and then they make me aware that the IV infusions need to be ordered.... The front desk person never made me aware of that, then that would have been a "consultation appointment!" - First red flag. Luckily they had "one more Meyer's cocktail" which is what I wanted. Second red flag - they used a butterfly needle to start and infuse my IV. This is a major NO NO (see picture below). Any healthcare professional knows that butterflies are used to draw blood not administer anything, since a needle should not be left in place. This is not best practice. The nurse started infusing the fluids with no vitamins inside until I asked her if she had prepared the infusion and she said no - she still had to add it? She calls the ARNP Danay and they discuss amongst each other that the one Meyer's cocktail they had was ... expired! Thank God they checked, but now I had an unnecessary IV in my arm (with a needle nonetheless not IV catheter) The girl from the front desk was nice enough to offer me a complimentary B12 shot. Overall grateful they checked the expiration date but this was a terrible experience.

However, what I received was far from what was promised. When I arrived, I had just come from the gym, and no one even offered me water. I asked for a coffee, and it was never brought. I was left waiting for the PA ( Tyana), and when she finally arrived, I honestly felt like I had more knowledge about the treatment than she did. No one offered me a robe or a chance to change out of my sweaty clothes. I was placed on a bed for about two hours without even a pillow under my knees, and now I'm dealing with back pain because of it. The most upsetting part is that I ended up paying for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but they only worked on my jawline and slightly touched my eyebrows. That is NOT a full-face treatment. When I called to complain, the manager, Margarita, insisted they were completely right and claimed that what I received was "full face." After speaking with my plastic surgeon, I confirmed that a true full-face Ultherapy treatment should include cheeks, forehead, jawline, and chin. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency. First, they strongly insisted that I pay for and receive a full-face treatment. I even sent photos showing that they were wrong. Then, in an email, they suddenly stated they would refund me $180 because I only received a lower face treatment. Now I am even more confused, so which is it? Is it really acceptable to charge $1,470 for just a jawline treatment? This contradiction only confirms that they misrepresented the service from the beginning. Overall, this place is extremely unprofessional, not only in the service itself but in how they handle a dissatisfied client. I felt deceived, dismissed, and poorly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering Ultherapy. Be very careful with their promotions; they are misleading and not trustworthy.

I've been going to LaserAway for 5 years, and one of the biggest benefits for me is that they have locations all over the country. I travel often and may continue living in different places, so it's incredibly important that when I purchase a package, it never expires and can be used at any LaserAway location. I also really appreciate that what you purchase can be transferred to another service if your needs change. For example, I bought a tattoo-removal package but ended up not needing all the appointments. Instead of losing what I had already paid for, the remaining treatments were transferred to laser hair removal. That kind of flexibility is a huge reason I continue choosing LaserAway. More importantly, they do things properly. I've been getting laser hair removal for over ten years and have tried more than ten different businesses. LaserAway is by far the place where I feel the fewest corners are cut, and trust me, corners are often cut by these businesses! LaserAway's equipment feels current, the treatments are thorough, and I've never gotten the impression that they use weaker settings just to stretch out the number of appointments you'll need, which is also surprisingly often done by other clinics. I've also been having two tattoos removed while receiving laser hair removal, and my skin has never reacted badly. During my most recent appointment, I wanted hair removal on an area where one tattoo was almost completely gone. They could easily have rushed ahead, but instead, they paused and went through a whole process to double-check whether it was truly safe. Ultimately, they advised me to wait until the tattoo had faded completely. That moment confirmed exactly why I trust them: they're not willing to skip steps or take unnecessary risks just to make another sale. Now for my favorite part of this review: my girl Yeisy! I've probably had close to 30 different people perform laser hair removal on me over the years, but Yeisi is the one I've stuck with. I have officially become that slightly annoying client who calls to schedule and immediately asks, "But will Yeisy be there?" She is more careful and thorough than anyone else I've ever seen, and she always does the job VERY properly. Beyond that, she's consistently warm, cheerful, and so much fun to be around. My appointments with her are honestly an instant mood booster, which is quite an accomplishment when the activity involves repeatedly being zapped by a laser!
