I find her pricing to be super affordable- a brow clean up with tint was $55 and the cleanup is $30. Parking is easily found on the street and service at the salon is remarkably friendly. Then if you have an emergency and call to reschedule they charge you an additional $25 for the rebooking, even if it's an emergency. The first time I booked I had double booked an appointment so I called and the person I spoke with was nice enough to book me again without the charge. The second time a woman answered and I explained that I had an emergency and wouldn't be able to make it. She's like too bad your aesthetician is already waiting for you we can move your appointment to 5:00 PM but if you need to change your appointment there will be a $25 fee. I kept explaining my situation to her but she didn't care. I couldn't make the appointment, I reached out to Groupon because they redeemed my Groupon without me actually having had any service and then proceeded to lie to Groupon so I couldn't receive a refund. These people are liars!
