I have been a massage therapist for about 2-3 years. I can honestly say that this was the worst…read moremassage I have ever had. Yet I know certain people have different techniques to there massage which makes them unique dave, who was my massage therapist, had a technique that felt as if he was a new person first trying out massage for sport. I had received a "deep tissue" massage that after 45 minutes I had to get up to use the bathroom because it hurt so bad. Deep tissue( being my special talent) I knew Dave did not have a clue or know what he was doing during the massage and I LOVE deep tissue being very very deep. After finding out that he has been doing this for 10 years I was shocked because the massage was so bad. Nothing flowed or made sense, nothing transitioned from a smooth feeling into a deeper touch, he kept fiddling with the sheets and he kept going super fast over my "knots" which put my muscle into shock. For people who are new to deep touch it should feel as if you are being relaxed while having a deep touch. It should feel very slow and as if the "knots" are being melted away which might feel some pressure but surly nothing like I experienced today. I thought he would be better so I stuck it out which ended up being my mistake for I should have said something during the massage. I told the receptionist that the way we do it if someone does not like there massage we charge them half price which at first she was not willing to do because I never spoke up during the massage. She said that it was his technique which made me feel as if she was trying to justify his poor job of a massage. I asked him how many people liked his massage and he said he had a few regulars and a lot said it was ok. If it is just an ok job then that means you need to find a different technique and NOT be offended when someone actually tells you the truth. Anyone who is new to massage speak up and make sure the massage is to your liking because unfortunately if you don't know what to expect you might receive a bad massage and not even realize it. Sorry to be so brash but you pay good money for this and expect a great relaxing massage and when it isn't to your liking you get screwed over because you still have to pay.

The particular red I want is something I had a very hard time getting back in my home state. I would ask for copper and get auburn, or even mahogany. Cherie aced it on the first try. It is -perfect-. I have zero complaints. She made awesome product suggestions, kept me updated on what she was doing to my hair as she did it, and overall gave me a fantastic experience. In September 2025, the cost for having my lashes done went from $59 to $75. Pretty extreme if you ask me. I voiced my concerns to the owner. Her response was that they are now offering their own line and have more options for their clients. Nothing whatsoever is different about the lashes I am getting, so why the increase? In addition to increasing my charge - no one bothered to let me know ahead of time. I found out when I was checking out. Seriously bad customer service. Then, less than 4 months later they increased the cost AGAIN. Mariah called me the night before my next appointment to let me know because she knew I was very upset with the last increase and not being informed ahead of time. She's a sweetheart and really cares about her clients. Once again, I spoke with the owner about the increase. She told me that Mariah's level was raised so they were compensating her for that increase. Mariah deserved the promotion!!! However I further questioned the owner and expressed my displeasure with the increases. I informed her (since she didn't know and apparently didn't care), that their pricing had increased 44% in just 4 months. I told her that she was making decisions that would obviously impact customers negatively and had she given that any thought. Again, she didn't appear to care. Now, today I open the receipt for my service yesterday.... They charged me for some hairspray and my lashes and I included the tip. Once again to my surprise, a new fee had been added with no notice. I can't even believe they have the audacity to charge it - a "CONVENIENCE TIP FEE" of approximately 5.5% if you put the tip on your credit card. I immediately called and spoke with Layla asking her what the heck was that fee. She told me that they have a new system for checking out and it automatically charges that fee if you tip on a credit card. She did offer that I could avoid that by tipping in cash. My response - YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!' let me get this straight, your new system charges me in order to pay for the new system? She then asked if I'd like to speak with the owner. I told her no because she continues to charge her customers for anything she chooses without any regard for or any communication to the customers and couldn't care less. I will be submitting this review anywhere and everywhere I can over the next couple of days. I went on a Sunday early afternoon and it was so relaxing. I wish I had my techs name because she did an excellent job and provided the most wonderful foot massage. On top of that it is clean. The bathroom was very clean even though there were two young girls who were messing around unmonitored (ahem). The seats, pedicure chair, every tool she used, all very clean. When I was leaving they asked if it was my first time and I said yes so they gave me a gift certificate with this note for next time! So sweet. I wish I lived closer as I felt so much more comfortable going to the nail salon.

Long story short she left me with burnt off hair and I lost around 2/3rds of my hair. She refuses to pay for damages, will not buy the olaplex system only onsite "free treatments" but I don't want her near my hair. My hair overall is so thin I'm going to need extensions in 4-6 weeks when there's new growth to apply extensions to. They also refuse to pay for this bc I didn't come in for extensions.. lol correct but I also didn't come in to get more than half of my hair ripped off my head. She also left me alone with bleach on my head while she did another clients lashes in another room. They're unprofessional and won't admit or fix their mistakes. Came by to see if the owner would reason with me she was extremely defensive refused to show me footage on the video cameras as there would be several videos of me under the heat for way too long and she said they were hers and that she doesn't even know how to use the system. she yelled in my ear in front of my mom & the children she was babysitting because I said I will be taking this to court as a result of them refusing to fix their mistake. Below are pictures of my hair directly after the service and pictures right before just to show that she was in fact bleaching my virgin untouched roots but blamed the fallout on previously bleached hair.
