I called today for a same-day appointment and was able to get in. I normally get a gel pedicure, but today I was getting a regular pedicure so when I called let the woman who answered the phone know that I had a gel pedicure that was done by Courtney and since it was done at this facility, there should be no charge and she confirmed- no charge. I arrived picked a color sat in the chair. Courtney informed me there would be a $5 to remove the gel polish she put on my nails at my last pedicure. I explained that I asked in advance when I booked, and it was confirmed - no fee. The owner came over and said confirmed a $5 fee and the woman that had answered the phone denied she had confirmed there would be no removal fee. I am absolutely disgusted by the entire situation. Bad business. Bad customer service. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and I did not get a pedicure. I will not be returning. I've gotten manicures all over the country. Lived in lots of different cities. Nowhere charges you to take takeoff gel polish that was applied in the house.

From the moment I stepped into her space I felt a sense of warmth and peace. Grace is not only incredibly skilled in Reiki, but she carries a deeply compassionate and intuitive presence that makes you feel truly seen and cared for. During our session, I could feel the energy shifting--layers of heaviness began to lift, and I walked out feeling more connected to myself in a way I hadn't in months. Her work helped me begin the process of internal healing. I'm so grateful to have found her and would wholeheartedly recommend Radiant Grace to anyone who's struggling or just needs to reconnect with their inner light. Over the years, I've had many facials, but the HydraFacial with Grace was truly in a league of its own. Grace is not only incredibly skilled, but also warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in your skin's health. She uses top-of-the-line products and takes her time to understand your specific concerns. What really set her apart was the way she walked me through everything--both during the treatment and afterward, helping me understand how to care for my skin at home. The entire experience was relaxing, professional, and personalized from start to finish. The spa itself is inviting and peaceful--exactly the kind of place you want to escape to for some self-care.

Horrible business practice…read more I have never been a customer at Massage Envy in Pompano Beach, yet I discovered an unexpected $80 charge on my card today. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told they had my card information on file from a massage I had previously gifted to a family member in April. I find this extremely concerning. Why is my payment information being kept on file and used for charges associated with another person's account? Purchasing a massage as a gift should not mean that my card can be charged at a later date for services I never received or authorized. To their credit, the employee I spoke with said they would cancel the charge and remove my card information from their system. However, I should never have had to make that phone call in the first place. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this business. Customers should be able to purchase a gift without worrying that their payment information will be used for unexpected future charges. The lack of transparency surrounding this transaction is unacceptable, and I hope management takes a serious look at how customer payment information is stored and used. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a gift from this location to ask how their payment information will be stored and whether it could be used for future charges. An $80 surprise charge from a business I have never even visited is not the kind of experience that inspires confidence.

We chose 4Ever Young (Fort Lauderdale location) based on the overwhelming positive reviews, and they were not wrong. During our free consultation, we met with Nicole, who was super sweet, and beyond helpful and informative in helping us decide which options were best for us. There was a promotion going on at the time, and even though it was over when I made my apt, they still made sure to honor it! The young lady at the front desk was also super kind and polite in checking us in/out and helping book our next apts. They were even able to make sure we got back to back apts together. Nicole continues to be absolutely wonderful! She is always eager to answer my million questions and is SO informative! She genuinely made us feel confident in our decisions and helped calm any nervousness. She always makes sure we understand the post-peel / post-microneedling procedures to do at home and urges us to reach out with any questions. She even reaches out days later to follow-up and see how everything is progressing I would obviously recommend Nicole to everyone, but I'm willing to bet the other estheticians are just as great, based on our overall experience. And of course, the location was meticulously clean and maintained, everything smells good, and the staff is all kind, knowledgable, and beautiful!
