I have been going to this salon for blow drys for many years. I have never had an experience like…read moreI had this week. I had a wedding on Sunday. I made an appointment for myself and daughter on Sunday at 2:15 p.m. On Thursday I received a call to find out if we could come at 2 on Sunday instead of at 2:15 and I was happy to make that change. At 2:05 on Saturday I received a call to find out where we were. I explained that we were coming on Sunday not today. The girl who called said it was in the computer for the Saturday not Sunday. I explained that the appointments were made for Sunday and that the time was changed but I had no intention of ever coming in on the Saturday before the event. I asked whether there were appointments on Sunday at 2 available and told yes but I would still have to pay in full for the amount for the missed appointments. Not sure how two appointments were made for a Sunday were suddenly made into Saturday appointments but they were and I was charged for the missed appointments. Super business...they aren't the only game in town and we got terrific blow drys elsewhere and none of us will EVER return to Blo. I tried to call management to discuss this issue, left a message and was promised that I would receive a call back on Tuesday...guess that they don't care because I haven't heard back. Shame. At least their competition were happy to accommodate the both of us and we will be using their services from now on.
