I was long overdue for a hair cut but my awful postpartum hair loss made it an immediate need…read more I decided to come here because they have a great salon and prices and I knew a stylist here so I decided it would make it easy to come get my hair cut by someone I knew since I'm so deeply attached to it. I came on a Friday afternoon and saw Kate. I was taken back almost immediately and we got started. I wanted to donate my hair so we started with her separating it and getting it cut. Then we moved to washing and then I got it cut and styled. I told Kate the length I wanted my hair to be and that I wanted long layers and she did an amazing job listening to me and I got exactly what I wanted. The entire time Kate was awesome and we chatted so much it made the appointment fly by. I absolutely love my hair and I am so happy I finally got it cut. Having a foot less of hair has made my hair loss a bit less painful to see and it is so manageable and feels so nice and healthy! The salon offers so many services and is huge! There is a room for everything and I know that I will come back in the future for more services when I am in the area.

And when I said I don't see why I should pay for this hair cut, hair dresser said she provided a service and therefore I had to pay. The discussion continued for a few minutes. Then I paid and left. While this 100% was an accident, common courtesy to me is to apologize and not charge for it. 10/10 would NOT recommend and will not be going back.
