I met kristin over 5 years ago and she save my eyebrows. (She corrected work someone else did) weve…read morebeen working on thinning them Out. Her Work has progressively declined over the years. As an LVN, you would expect someone to be more professional and hygienic. Even though she runs late and is a bit sloppy with her set up, the final result was always exceptional until this last session. This last session, she was over 30 min late when she walked into my home. She washed her hands, we discussed I wanted the same width from the time before, and we started. She never measures either. things started out well, until we were more than halfway through. She went too high on the bulbs and when she realized she went too high, she tried to fix it by connecting the bulb to the arch. Which added a whole cm more of thickness. When I got up to look at the thickness, I noticed she wasn't wearing gloves and her pupils were very dilated. At that point I just wanted it to be over And her out of my home. Having someone carve at your face for over two hours. I was tired and getting disoriented. I payed for service rendered even though the work was not satisfactory, because she had guaranteed she would fix them. She even suggested to rub salt over the larger part of the bulb so that the ink wouldn't set in. (Spoke to other experts and she should have never suggested that). She left my home without giving me any post care instructions. Just told me to put the ointment on. The next morning I expressed I was very unhappy with the result. Her response was, "just put some make up on it", "just put on some glasses", "you're a healer, you should know how to relax". I wasn't upset until she became condescending. I've been suggested that maybe I need to go get a removal and that she would. I told her at that point I was very unhappy, and told her to at least fix them or give me my money back. If not all, at least half. After she said she'd reimburse me $100 and She ended up only reimbursing me $50. And then she blocked me. So I did reach out to her husband, which followed by her accusing me of harassment. Holding someone accountable isnt harassment Kristin. It's a reality check on how you're treating people. At this point it isnt even about the money, it's about having integrity and guaranteeing the work you did, especially when you confessed you made a mistake during the procedure. Avoid her and PLEASE take your business somewhere else. Based on the conversation during our tattoo session, her life is a mess and it's starting to reflect through her work.

I booked something and followed it with several phone calls asking for help moving the appointment. She said since I left a message at 1:20pm and made the appointment for 1pm there would be. Charge. I told her then I would keep the appointment and send my friend in my place. She said no. She doesn't accept same day appointments and my friend would have to input her credit card online for a future appointment. Wait... don't I have a 1pm appointment?? That's I've paid for? Can't I use that for any human I would like to pay for? So many reasons why I'm shocked she even has a business. Sad to say the least! I am looking for a spray tan place that I can go weekly. Lashes look amazing. Trinity was very sweet, gentle, kind, and informative about the whole process…read moreand walked me through how to maintain my lashes. The office was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Trinity treated me like I was a VIP, I told her I have never gotten lashes before and she asked me whether I wanted natural, full, or sexy lashes and I said I wanted very sexy lol. Trinity gave me a custom volume flare lash look that went well with my eye shape. I have had my lashes on for 15 days so far and they are holding up strong. I had very little fallout through these two weeks and I am very impressed. I've worn these lashes under water in a swimming pool and at the beach in salt water. I have worn full face makeup without mascara on my top lashes and these babies still haven't come off. This is just my experience and everyone will have a different one, but I used eyeliner on my eyelids touching my lashes and make up remover wipes to clean my face and Clinique face lotion and I'm sure all of these things touching my lashes slightly should have effected the glue, but for the most part my lashes stayed. On top of all of that I did a lot of crying recently and my right eye tends to water naturally without lashes.. so I don't know how she did it but these have lasted the test of time and abuse by my doing. Anyway, Trinity has a Groupon, but don't buy the Groupon first. Call her and tell her what the Groupon price is and she will honor it. I am so happy with my lashes and they really brighten up my face. I am going to be a repeat customer. All of my friends asked me where I got my lashes done and they could not believe the quality or the price.. I never post reviews, but I had to.
