Best social media always entertaining but also educational about products, and always responding to questions and input by customers. ( that is extra amazing bc a lot of people don't take the time to do that) 3. This place always makes you feel at home by the great trained staff. COVERED. Another facial that was cut short time wise. Then the worst massage of my life. And now, I went for a Blow Out... easy, no big deal. The stylist messed up drying my bangs again, no big deal. I asked her to trim them a bit and add a bit more hair to the bang, she cut a HUGE chunk of my hair to create more bangs and now my head looks like a mushroom. I am so frustrated & annoyed. It cost well over $100 for a god awful blow out. The owner of this Spa needs to really get on her employees for the poor service. It's really unacceptable.

Booked the appt online which required a $50 credit card deposit, they will not allow deposits paid by gift card. I then called to confirm the service and was told I could not use the gift cards. My husband called and requested a refund due to being sold gift cards that are now not usable and was refused. Terrible ethics and service- stay away.

It's clean , bright and very welcoming. The staff are professional and friendly And I'm never disappointed in how my nails turn out. That being said I absolutely love going for a tan . I don't usually need to schedule as they have about 6 beds at several different levels of rays During the winter when our daylight hours are limited I get to just close the door lay down and relax. I sometimes find myself falling asleep. The beds are always clean and prepped and if you forget your lotions they have lots of sample size or bottles of high-end lotions to choose from. My favorite bed is the bronze not too hot or too cold. The perfect amount of rays to Jumpstart your tan for summer or vacation or just to have a little color in your cheeks during the colder months If the bronze bed is not available the staff will often offer an upgrade to the next level. An annoying television program is always playing on big screens and that's not what I want at a spa. When you first walk in a staff usually YELLS out across the room "what do you want?" in a sort of rude tone and I don't feel comfortable yelling back.
