Spilled nail polish all over my phone, my manicure looked like it was done by two different people and didn't match at all. After 3 hours I finally gave up and and went to another salon to have them painted. Another visit they butchered my eyebrows - which didn't match when I walked out. 1.5 hours to get a polish change - and it wasn't what I requested. Their ATM machine only allows you to take out $40 at a time, causing you to have to pay their $3.00 service charge and they don't take debit cards. Alena made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. She did a wonderful job on my lashes and put any worries I had in using someone new right out the window! I also had a spray tan from Kristin that lasted the full two weeks that I was away on vacation. Upon my return, I had my lashes filled by Jessica, who also did a fantastic job!
