Fabulous House Cleaning does an AWESOME job! I call them in for detailing my home. They get to places I can't get to with my time and physical limitations. They get to every corner, top to bottom ceiling fans, baseboards, tops of refrigerators etc. etc. My home sparkles everything seems brighter and smells amazing. I have 3 dogs-2 of them are Golden Retrievers. If you know dogs, you know Goldens shed. I always feel like there is dog hair I cannot get rid of. The cleaners broke a custom frame, nobody told me about it or offered to reimburse me until I called Bernice. My pictures are posted on here without my permission. I watched one woman drop silverware covered in syrup on my brand new carpet and didn't bother to wipe up the carpet. I personally love Bernice but she doesn't ever come herself anymore. Their service is terrible. They are Very unreliable, rude, unprofessional and don't speak English. We are American Mexican, and I don't speak Spanish. They were always running late, not consistent in their cleaning, they would forgot to clean ceiling fans, shutters, and they clean your wood furniture with wet water rags, I had to kick one cleaning lady out of my house because she came in my room giving me dirty looks. I told the owner ( Bernice ) not to ever send her back to our house again. It was always drama, and very stressful. Also, Bernice, the owner always sent different people to your house not knowing exactly what to do. One guy came over and asked me a question in a very rude manner. He stated for me to call his boss and I stated you call your boss ( Bernice ) the owner and you should already know what to do. Also, sometimes the cleaning ladies would get upset with each other if one of them was too slow cleaning. It made me feel so uncomfortable in my own home. These girls know what they are doing. I am by far impressed I mean I was in a complete state of shock when i saw my place after they were done. I thought I cleaned it pretty good but dang i was wrong. I needed the entire place cleaned too to bottom every inch because I was moving out. These girls really impressed me. I mean the oven looked brand new ,the walls were spotless ,the bathroom was so clean I could eat off the toilet ... that clean yes. They really see the whole picture when they clean. I contacted the owner Verenice. She sent two of her workers over to clean our home when they arrived they both seem like they were irritated with each other. They workers did not know we could understand Spanish but one of them was telling the other that she feels she's being lazy with her work. long story short that specific girl must have not shown much interest because there were places where the house wasn't cleaned properly. At the end of the day when you're paying for a service you expect certain things. I think the owner should do a better job with her employees who may be having issues wirh one another before it impacts there quality of work. read more

I found this company on Angie's List and I wish I had purchased the services through them because then there is a service guarantee. They were super responsive to my questions, quoted a reasonable price and were available the day I needed them. I came home to a house definitely cleaner than when I left. But corners were cut. Tops of shelves weren't dusted. Blinds were hit or miss, some look like someone quickly went over them, others weren't touched at all. I have a tray on my bathroom counter, around it was nice and clean, underneath it, not cleaned at all. A dirty bucket should never be put on a clean linen runner. And I have a stain on my rug that was not there yesterday. I understand that the price quoted is for a certain amount of time and if things cannot be completed in that time then they either don't get done or you have to pay more. I would have preferred to pay more than I was originally quoted and have those things be done well, than come home to find that certain things were not done/done well. It's too bad because the reviews on Angie's List are great and the price was good enough that had the cleaning been to standard I might have found my regular cleaning company. read more

Our house was spotless after they cleaned it! I needed professional cleaning at my house when we visited one day at Modesto and Bernice was able to give me an excellent quote and sent 8 cleaners (yes 8 cleaners!) on the same day. These people are REAL HARD WORKERS and everyone were very nice. The cleaners even came back the next day to continue cleaning other areas of the house. I have inquired other companies and this, I swear, is the best company with the best price and service. My husband said he couldn't almost recognize the house after it was cleaned! We are extremely happy with their service and absolutely recommend them 100%. I will definitely contact them again if I need professional cleaners in the future. I wish you could give companies 0 stars. Heres my story: Owner was very pleasant on the phone and said she could get a crew together for us for the next day. I told her I am having a party on Saturday so I needed it done on Friday. They were supposed to come around 2, at 1 she TEXTED me let me know that her girl supposedly had a death in the family and wouldn't be able to come until 3 or 330. (TIP If you have a major issue, please CALL the customer.) I asked if she was sure (because "death in the family" would normally cause someone to not go to work at all, right? Not an hour late) and that I had been turning down call backs from other companies because we prefer working with local businesses. She said, "Yes. Let me double check" Replied a few minutes later and said I should try to call the other companies back because now her girl is saying she doesnt know when she can come. OR I can have the girl come in the morning. Well, again, death in the family usually means you won't be at work at 7am the next morning so that's a bit sketchy for my liking. She also said that she didnt know until I had confirmed my appointment that morning, at 830 am. So, you've known since 830 and didnt mention it? Anyway. Lucky for me, I was able to call another company and get them to come out on short notice, I didnt trust this company to actually show up at 7am and my party is at 3 tomorrow. We run a carpet and air duct cleaning business and would never leave our customers stranded at the last second. We even called another company once when we broke a part on our machine and gave them the job. Terrible customer service is, seriously, no joke, my biggest pet peeve. read more

Had two women come out to clean. Worked for less than 2 hours and we were charged $120. Too much. The job was not done as requested and not nearly as thorough as we would have expected for the cost. Not so fabulous! They broke two blinds while cleaning them and although I said it was okay because I had extra it was just the fact that it happened and not reported by the employee to the owner. The owner said they report all incidences but did not know about this, so apparently not true. They also put a dent in my microwave on the top and left some cobwebs that I had to go around and redo. I was still willing to overlook the small things because I thought maybe I am just picky . They did do a good job on the windows, however overall it really did not live up to my expectations . I called this business to clean my dads house and the employees were amazing. They did such a great job cleaning everything I needed done. One employee especially I think her name was Christina she did such an amazing job. There were some things I didn't think they would clean due to it not being seen but they cleaned every surface. The only issue I had with this company is the business owner. She isn't professional at all and she is the reason why I won't be hiring this company again. Hired them for basic cleaning....it is a new house so not much to do. .three ladies came for cleaning up. ..I was really disappointed to see their work. ..first of all they came with dirty shoes and walked over the new carpet . I asked for shoe covers they didn't have one. I also make sure my home is organized and decluttered before their arrival so they can just concentrate with things I cannot and would not do. I also have referred several customers to them. However, lately I noticed that their price standards have been increasing without prior notice. And they tell you the price increase during the day of cleaning so you don't have a choice but to agree, just to get the job done. Also the house cleaning standards they used to do is now changing, each additional job requires additional charge. But they do a fair job especially when a meticulous person like me is watching. Finally got a housekeeper to help my wife out. Great service and very reasonable price. Our house is a single story 3b, 2 ba. The initial cleaning is a lot more because they do the whole house. I mean washing the base boards, the doors, the cabinets, floors, bathrooms, everything. I'm surprised my wife doesn't kick me out and have them live here! Unbelievable thorough job! I hope this works out for long term. Very friendly and seem very trustworthy. I could not be happier. We needed house cleaning immediately after our tenant had moved out and Verenice and her team were able to come the very next day. They spent over 3 hours and left nothing untouched. Her initial cleaning fee was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either but worth every penny. I've gone with cheaper and have been disappointed. I have hired this company twice for after remodel full house clean up. The first time they did such a fabulous job I hired them for every other week cleaning. If the owner cleaned, my house was spotless. But if a crew came in, it was less than desirable. After several careless cleanings, I let them go.
