I'm very disappointed with my overall experience at this store. They've messed up my custom curtain…read moreorder in so many different ways and offer no compensation at all. I originally ordered 2 curtain panels with a white pole. Waited almost 4 months for my order only for it to arrive as a single panel with a silver pole. I had to have the consultant come back to re-verify what I wanted, send back the curtains to have them cut into 2 panels, but they still did not follow the directives given when cutting. Now I have 2 very obvious seams cut a few inches apart from each other in one of my panels. When the consultant called me back all she could tell me is that there was nothing she could do about it (even though it was their mistake in the first place). They tell me they can't change the pole without having to drill new holes next to the existing ones and so I'm stuck with silver if I don't want a bunch of holes in my ceiling (or I would have a white pole with silver brackets sticking out which the consultant told me herself would not look good). The installer was quite friendly, but does not come with any equipment to clean up after himself. I spent over an hour cleaning up as he had to drill into concrete and created a giant mushroom cloud of dust in my condo.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Drapes that were supposed to be ordered…read moreweren't. The policy is no money back only store credit and I certainly understand why. I had invested hundreds of dollars in curtains but was missing several panels. Made thee attempts with three different sales people to get missing drapes. No one ever called to explain delay or absence and when I showed up in person, I was told they had been given to someone else. Called the manger after another store transfer was supposedly requested and she never called back.. Thankfully I was able to get what I needed from another store myself. I'm very grateful I didn't order additional and expensive window treatmens I had contemplated.

I was out at Winners tonight with my wife for some shopping. Once I got to the cash register the…read morebad experience started. I handed out a 100 dollars bill, the old model. Anywhere else I paid with big bills the person just passed a marker on the bill, checked it in the light and that was it. Not here ... it was like they have never seen one before. 3 employees looked at it for minutes and decided to call the manager to check it. After an embarrassing 15 minutes of waiting in line for the manager to come, he finally decided to show up, took a marker and passed it on the bill and what a wonder: it's a good one. I asked him if he was the only one qualified to pass a marker on the 100$ bill to check it and he said yes, "only management" can do it. Well, I guess he is very proud of himself, the test he had to pass to be "qualified" for this operation must have been veeeeery difficult! Hold on tight on that marker Mr. Manager, you are so qualified to do it! As for me, I guess that was the last time I am going to Winners in Fairview!

I walked the mall in Fairview looking for a plain dress for a wedding, found nothing after 2 hours, stopped off at winners in Kirkland and found a beautiful dress on liquidation for 18$ and also shoes!!! WINNERS YOU ROCK!!!!!
