The staff at this store are the rudest I've seen anywhere in Kamloops. I used please and thank yous. I was patient and accommodating and there was no winning with any of them. They are a bunch of old bitty's who resent their jobs and their customers because they really don't want to be there and their attitudes have been passed on down to all the new staff from the management. I work in customer service and I have never seen anything like it.
After reading previous comments I see Im not the only one with this experience. I have been here a few times over the last couple years and it is a consistent experience which seems to have be rolling down hill from the older staff. They are very kurt, short and unfriendly. They treat customers as if they are a nuisance and as though they are really going out of their way to do anything for you. It actually laughable.
When asking for assistance I used the words please and thank you, one staff member actually responded "There's no need to say please or thank you, it's my job, which his body language and tone of voice made clear he was no enjoying and he was only helping me becauae he had to. lol
The previous staff members especially the older ladies are just plain rude. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. After all they have made it clear they don't want my money or customer loyalty.
If it was my business I'd fire the whole works and look for people who actually like working with people. read more
