This store is not what you expect when you walk in the door. There are walls of quilting tools and…read morepatterns, quilts in progress stuck on design walls, finished quilt tops hanging for customers to look at for upcoming classes and Blocks-of-the-month (BOM's) and it isn't unusual for a person or two to be working on a project at one of the work tables or in the cozy sitting area. The owner, Sharon Sisson, loves meeting new people and makes a new best friend on a regular basis. The shop has fabric, but not as much as the big shops because this shop is geared more toward classes and BOM's and what is ordered for those. She has fat quarters and thread, needles and magazines. You can even drop off finished quilt tops to be sent to the shops longarm quilter Joanne Crowson, or bring in your t-shirts to Sharon to make a quilt for you. There is something for everyone. Go check it out, it is a fun place to shop, sit and sew and chat.
