Amber, the store's manager found me trying on several pair and immediately offered assistance. She consulted her inventory list, disappeared into the innards of the store, and quickly returned with a near identical pair on the correct size! Then, for good measure, Amber told me about the 2 for one sale, and brought out an upgrade to the shoe that was considering. During check out, amber applied a generous portion of condition balm to my new shoes making this an extremely positive experience. Thanks Amber!

I had a mixed experience at the Clarks store in WOODSTOCK. The sales associates were very friendly…read moreand helpful during my visit on Sunday which I appreciated. They let me know about a buy one get 1/2 off promotion and helped me pick two pairs of shoes, however one pair I wanted wasn't in stock and even though the other pair was available in store, I was told I had to order both pairs and have them shipped to my home in order to receive the discount. That meant I couldn't leave with the shoes that were actually in stock which was inconvenient. My total came to $123.03 for both pairs with free shipping. Later that evening I checked Clark's website and noticed that the same shoes I had just purchased were significantly lower online. When I called customer service the next day I was told to contact the store, but the store informed me that they did not price match due to company policy. Overall, I'm disappointed that Clark's does not have consistent pricing between their stores and online platform. While the in-store team was great. The pricing inconsistency and lack of flexibility left me feeling like I paid more than I should have.

They have a nice selection of embellished jeans and shorts, along with casual bohemian style tops for females. The clothing for the guys reminds me of the guy whose everyday uniform is shorts, tees and flip-flops, just very comfortable and low key. The young girl in the store was very bubbly and out-going, offering her assistance as needed. BUSY LITTLE BEES!…read more Today, they were on their game. There were two young people in the store and as I walked in I was warmly greeted and offered assistance. Although I didn't need assistance, the offer was nice and I knew that they were readily available if I had questions. During the entire time that I was in the store, they were quietly working and stocking items. Not all teens/young employees are slackers and we need to recognize this fact. This store is well stocked for its size and has a nice selection of sports related items. They have one of the nicest selections of southern themed tees for women that I have seen, (long sleeves and short). I definitely will return to purchase one as soon as I decide which one I like best. Although they had a nice selection of sneakers and sport sandals, the sandals were very limited as they were basically flip-flops. I get that flip-flops are very popular but they are not practical for all activities. I need a complete supportive sandal that will stay on while rafting and playing around. I did not see anything remotely resembling a nice walking sandal. Another problem I have been having is just trying to find a simple black sweat band, (thick cotton) with no logo. I am not trying to look cute or trendy, I want to simply be able to not have perspiration dripping into my eyes when I am working out. I have looked high and low and while I can find them in white, they don't seem to be available in black which is so frustrating! This is not Hibbett's fault as I have looked at various stores and run into the same problem. I would prefer not to have to purchase these on line because I like being able to feel and test their tightness. Oh well, I'll just keep looking. If you want to avoid wading into a huge sports themed warehouse and having to wander around just trying to find what you need, give Hibbett's a shot.

Return review…read more Usually this would be an easy 5 stars. Walk in - return item - leave. The loss of stars is due to the dismissive nature of the interaction. The return was perfect. The thing is, the two employees kept an ongoing conversation about next weeks schedule going with out break. My nature finds this funny. The trials of getting coverage in the retail world.
