During the fitting, I mentioned that the pants seemed too long, but my concern was dismissed without much discussion. I also asked for the sides of the vest to be taken in because it felt too loose, and they said they would adjust it. What also stood out to me was that I noticed staff offering other customers coffee and water while nobody offered me anything or checked in on me during the wait, which made the experience feel even more unwelcoming. I was told I would receive a text when the vest was ready, but after almost two months, nobody contacted me. When I finally called the store myself, I was told the vest had already been ready. After picking it up and trying it on at home, the fit felt exactly the same as before the alteration. Overall, the customer service, communication, and attention to detail at this location were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.
