First time customer after it was recommended by a friend. I ordered the Margherita which stated on the menu as fresh tomato sauce, fresh basil and buffala mozerella. I was excited about this and it was ready in about 15 minutes on a pickup. Let me say that what I got was a cheese pizza mess. The buffala mozzarella was at most 4 little chunks buried under a pound of melted cheese. the crust had no corn meal base and soggy at best. The basil was also buried under the cheese mess and again only 4 pieces of basil, the sauce was at least ok and tried to save the pizza but failed. This was a party size pizza that cost $46 bucks and change and it was no where near a Neapolitan Margherita Pizza. I was so shocked that I forgot to take a pic unfortunately. Oh wow! I ordered one pound of bbq chicken wings...... They came in a huge box. When I opened the box there were a total of 7 wings drenched in Frank's hot sauce....i was shocked. It came with celery sticks which were cut diagonally...so out of one celery stalk they got 4 celery sticks cut into quartes....it came with blue sauce which was good. The wings were cold by the time we reached jome and were dry... We were having a party so we decided to order another pound of wings from Strombollis on Niagara street....im pretty sure I'm spelling it wrong but they are beside a shwarma place....in comparison tonight, Strombolis won! read more

Very disappointing ordered a 12 slice specialty pizza took over an hour at arrive cold and with very little toppings.

It's ok. Actually their wings are really good, but very inconsistent times when ordering. They tell you 20 minutes, it's 45, next time they're on time, next time they're an hour. Very frustrating. One thing really hurting is the wing portions. Cheaper than most places, but apparently you pay by the pound. That's perfectly normal except my wife and I noticed we were getting 9/10 wings routinely, then you started to see 8, now 7. Last three times of three orders of wings, two of us had 2 lbs and my wife had 1 lb, and we noticed every time we were now getting 7 wings per pound. The wings didn't increase in size, so I can only say they're skimming now, as pretty much every other place I go to will give 8-10, usually 9/10 per pound. They never give us carrots with our wings, only celery... What gives? Asked for extra sauce, hit and miss. Garlic bread looks great, but is either bland or wayyyy too much garlic. Wish they would get their act straight. Will probably stop coming here. read more

I was not impressed at all, when handed the box I shook it to see if there was anything in it, I handed their pizza right back to them and walked out. This place was clean, bright and inviting as the previous poster stated but ridiculously over priced for average pizza. I ordered the Frattelli's finest, $19 for an 8 slice and in my opinion it certainly wasn't, very thin crust with average toppings. I don't mind paying for higher priced pizza if it's good but I would not recommend this place for theirs. read more

We ordered two pizzas and 2 lbs of wings. They were okay but we ordered a lb of hot and a lb of med wings. Got 5 in one order and 6 in the other. These were not jumbo wings either! When I called, I was asked if I wanted Blue Cheese and Veggies - usually this is included in an order but at Fabio's you are charged extra. Not only that, if I hadn't checked my order as I put it in the car, I would have gotten home to discover that I had not received. Really would have been ticked off. Okay food but value is not there in my opinion. It was our go to spot when it was Fratelli's but not anymore! read more

I tried a slice at work one Friday. They ordered it in for the kids. I was like um yummy! So the next day found myself craving it. So for dinner at 8pm I ordered a pizza. Omg. So incredible. I ate all four of my slices and yes one of them were in the car while it was still so hot and gooey. Usually pizza bothers my tummy as I am lactose and grease is hard on my system. They next day I felt so fine! No pizza hangover! I highly recommend this pizza for all to enjoy. It was so so so good. We found our new pizza joint! read more

Tried fratelli's when it first opened the and pizza and wings were great. However, over the past few months the food has gone downhill to the point where we gave up trying with them. Our pizza the last two times was bland and completely tasteless!! We were amazed now a pizza could taste like nothing. Don't waste your money and try the other new local pizza shop. read more

I have personally tried their pizza a few times as the location is convenient for me. It has always been hit and miss at best. The quality has declined considerably over the last year. My elderly parents just bought a pizza from them that was far too salty to eat. When we brought it back to the store, the manager could care less that the product they had sold was inferior and inedible. Don't waste your time or money at Fratelli's. read more

placed a $70.00 order by the time it got to the house it was stone cold and i mean as if they took it out of the fridge and delivered it, had to place everything in the oven and actually re fried the wings for a couple of minutes . Waste of money and TIME never again read more

i have tried Fratelli's a few times. When they first opened the service was great however, over the past few months the service and food quality has declined. My first negative experience was when only half of my order was filled. They failed to cook one of our pizzas. While I understand mistakes happen, the response I received from the staff was not acceptable, Neither the cashier or the person cooking my pizza cared that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to cook my pizza. An apology was not made nor did they care that I was being inconvenienced. The quality of food is also not consistent. One time their signature margerita pizza was so bland it barely had any taste to another time when I couldn't finish a slice because the bacon was so salty. When I voiced my concern the employee didn't care. Whatever happened to customer service? I will not go back there if, I as a customer, do not feel valued. read more
