I returned to Rumi Aesthetics for a follow-up with Nurse Angie and had a very positive experience…read more She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, including how natural facial asymmetry can sometimes affect the appearance of certain areas. I had a concern about the appearance of one of my eyebrows, and she listened carefully, explained what could be done, and took her time addressing the area to help create a more balanced look. I really appreciated how attentive and professional she was throughout the entire visit. I was also running a little late because of an accident on the freeway, and she was very understanding and gracious about it. Even with that, I never felt rushed. Nurse Angie was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before I left. Great customer service and follow-up care can make such a difference, and I truly appreciated the way my concerns were handled.

Everything is always spotless, clean, and hygienic. Angie is professional, makes me feel comfortable every time, and the follow-up care is excellent. I sent a message inquiring about laser hair removal for bikini/Brazilian area while keeping my…read moreheart shape. I was scheduled for a consultation with Terra who was very kind and acknowledged it was doable. Great, so I was told there is a special promo and the cost is $280. I paid, and scheduled an appointment. I went to my first appointment and Sara, the NP, was excellent. She is kind and extremely professional. Unfortunately, I'm only giving 3 stars because there seemed to some kind of mix up with whether I was getting a bikini OR Brazilian laser hair removal. I understand different places categorize things differently (i.e. French bikini, Hollywood bikini, Brazilian, etc.) which is why I stated bikini/Brazilian in my text and also during the consultation. I never explicitly stated only bikini, I said both. It was not only until AFTER the session was done was I told the full cost for the Brazilian which is $500 total. I paid the difference because I've already completed my first session and felt like there was no choice. But what if I could not afford to pay the difference? What then? If I had known the price initially, I would have shopped around more. There are definitely places that are more affordable. While not everything is about the price, the service is. I also work as a manager in the service industry and when there is a misunderstanding, I always ensure to make it up to the customer to the best of my ability and inform them before we proceed with any service. While I was not expecting a discount or anything, I did expect better tact. I had planned to recommend this place to my friends and family because everyone was so kind and it was what I thought as very affordable, but I unfortunately will not be due to the lack of service acuity. I will update my review at the completion of my laser hair removal if anything changes or if the results outweigh the service misunderstanding.

I truly appreciate her natural approach and the time she takes to discuss realistic results while helping me achieve my goals. Always professional, transparent, and focused on what will look best for each individual rather than simply doing what is requested. For example, I went in wanting lip filler, but after evaluating my lips, she recommended dissolving my old filler before adding new filler. This had never been offered to me before, but I appreciated that she prioritized the safest and best long-term outcome over a quick fix. I also received tox for the first time in my forehead and middle of eyebrow area, and she took a conservative, natural approach rather than over-treating. The results look refreshed and balanced, never heavy or frozen. Sandra genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, natural-looking results. 10/10!
