Oh how I love this gym!!! I've exercised most of my life; running, weightlifting, HIIT, group classes, CrossFit, yoga...you name it, but I have never found anything as enjoyable, motivating, efficient or effective as F45! The classes are fun and are different every day. Most of the classes are only 45 minutes long, but they pack so much into them. I really feel like I'm getting as much in those 45 minutes as I used to get in a workout twice that long. I love the HIIT style circuit training and love that they combine both cardio and weight training into the workouts. I really feel like it's the most efficient and effective way to work out! The environment is incredibly welcoming and motivating as well. All of the members encourage each other and really feel like family. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. They know just how to push and encourage each person to help them get the best work out and maximize their results. The owners are very personable and really care about each member. It really is such an incredible gym! I've only been a member of F45 for 2 1/2 months, but I've been amazed by the results I've seen so far. Things that were hard for me to do at first are now easier and I can do it with more weight. My strength and stamina have increased. I have more muscle and have lost weight. A couple of months ago a friend of mine asked me to go to F45 with her and give it a try and I am so glad I took her up on her invitation! F45 takes functional training to a whole new level. Every day is different which is a nice change from doing the same workouts day in and day out. I love rotating stations with the different exercises throughout the entire 45 minutes. It isn't always easy, but the trainers are there to help and encourage you through all of the exercises. If you need to modify an exercise the trainers are great at helping you do that and to show you the correct form when performing the exercises. They help everyone and will stay with you and do the exercises with you which is a great incentive to not give up. In the two months since I have been going there I have noticed my strength increasing and my endurance lasting longer and I am excited about that! I have been going to the gym for over 20 years and this is by far the best one I have ever been to, I love it!! I found F45 Training online because I was looking for a solution to help me recover from a back injury. The term "functional training" kept coming up on various blogs and recovery sites. I was quickly convinced that it would be an excellent way to strengthen my core, which is what my physical therapist had advised me to do. The idea of functional training is to exercise while using your body in ways that you would traditionally, throughout your day (lifting kids, doing yard work, sometimes moving furniture), but with more intense focus. F45 does this very well. After 45 minutes it feels like every part of your body has had a good workout. Rowdy (owner), and his team are incredibly supportive of me. I have a gym in my home and to be honest, I just wasn't pushing myself enough to get results. I took advantage of the 2 week free offer and it was worth it. I felt immediate results. The trainers are the best and they push you without being in your face and making you feel uncomfortable. They make sure your form is correct and encourage you to get one last rep in before the time is up. The classes start on time which is one of the many things I like, we all have busy schedules and it's nice to know I can get in and get out. The workouts can all be modified which is great news for me because I have had a full hip replacement 2 years ago and all the trainers know that, they keep that in mind when I work out and let me know what I can do to modify the moves. When I say anyone can join, I mean it. You don't have to be an elite athlete to see results from F45, you just have to show up and do the work, even if you need to modify. Started with Grand Opening day back in June, my youngest daughter took me along, everyone said it would be too much for me. Well here it is the first part of October and Surprise, I am still attending and I have NEVER felt better. The over all enthusiasm, friendliness and superior training has impacted my life. Having had some health issues as well as depression and anxiety, well I am happy to say at this point I am off of ALL of those medications.
