I went for a free Yelp Event a couple of weekends ago and enjoyed it so much I 1) bought a BOGO class, and 2) bought some cute merch (i'm all about cute merch/workout clothes)! After going in for my first of the BOGO classes, the GM, Prosper, talked me into getting a Buy 5, Get 5 drop in class pass. We chatted about our martial arts experiences, and I mentioned how the speed portion of the bag side of the workout helped me to realize where I was holding my tension for my sparring. The class is divided into a bag side and floor side during the class, and after a couple of rounds or so, you switch sides (depending on the class, maybe even every other round). It definitely keeps you moving and is super high energy. The trainers I have taken class with so far have been awesome! I know this isn't always possible, due to the size of classes, but having some feedback on form would be nice. I did appreciate when it did happen though, and I realize this also may be more for the fitness aspect than actually preparing for a boxing match/form. The studio is super clean and I love the murals on the walls! I definitely love the drop in option, as I live a bit far, I already have a gym membership elsewhere, and I'm a martial arts student. Drop ins seem steep in price, but pretty comparable to other drop in classes I've seen. I'll definitely keep going, as my schedule permits. :)

Nice touch :)

I've been to Rumble a few times now, once for a special event and two times with the first timer BOGO drop-in class deal. I love the drop in class option. Other similar boxing fitness places don't have this option and I wish they did. I think the price is a little high for one class and I wish you didn't have to use it within 15 days, but not terrible if you plan ahead accordingly! The staff is awesome. They're super high energy, encouraging, and very friendly. The facility is great. It's clean, bright, fun, the checkin process is easy, there are plenty of lockers to use (they write your name on one to use before you even get there, which is a nice touch), and there are towels to use if you forgot to bring one. Inside the room where the class is held it's a party. It gives club vibes with the DJ like booth at front of room and the lights. I did accidentally use two different size weights because it's sometimes so dark in there and I don't necessarily like seeing all the fuzz on my clothes under the occasional black light, but it's definitely a great workout and you will get sweaty and have a lot of fun! You can make it as challenging as you want to with the variety of weights on floor side. On bag side I will say it seems to stay the same from class to class vs building onto boxing fundamentals. So if you're just looking to hit an aqua bag (not heavy bag) and not trying to improve boxing skills then this is a perfect workout for you. I'd definitely come back, especially for a mood boost.

I have been struggling with my weight for years. Throughout the past decade I've gone through ups…read moreand downs and have never once enjoyed working out or being healthy. It has always been a chore, and has been the issue of many of arguments with the wife over my fitness. My brother-in-law suggested that I give this place a shot, as it was different from the regular gym and fitness class routines that I'd been going through over the years. I decided to give it a go, as our 10 year anniversary was coming up, so I once again decided to begrudgingly try and workout again and get into shape. After starting up my first class, I thought to myself, "This is NOT for me!!" Everyone in the class was somehow able to do these insane workouts, and I was practically passed out on the floor! The flow of the workout encourages constant working out and that was just not my style! I was more of the 'how about I do 10 reps and we call it good' mindset. I somehow survived the first class and wasn't sure what to think. Not wanting to disappoint my wife again, I decided to stick with it and went to another couple classes that same week. I was one week in, had gone to 3 classes and I'd had enough. This is great and all, but obviously not for people who are as out of shape as I am! They had me go in for a body scan which informed me that I'm basically 100 pounds over obese. Maybe I should just throw in the towel and stick to something easier. Here is the crazy thing, though. The owner of this location is unlike anyone I'd ever worked with before. It wasn't the typical beefcake meathead that is so common every gym you go to. He was actually genuinely caring and made the time to adjust the workouts so that I could make it through the full 45 minutes. All of the sudden, I was feeling more and more welcomed - not only be the trainers and owner, but the entire group is so unbelievably supportive and there is a strange feeling of comradery there. Everyone is so encouraging and there to lift you up. So...here it is, two weeks later since that initial first week. YES, only TWO WEEKS later and I cannot believe the person I am right now! I am actually waking up early in the morning EXCITED to hit up a class (if there is one thing I love as much as food, it's sleeping in as late as possible, so you understand what I'm saying!), and find myself thinking about the next class I'm going to attend. This is completely foreign to me and I can't believe that someone like me could actually LOOK FORWARD to a workout! Not only is the change of mindset an amazing thing, you would not believe the results I am seeing! Since my start a little less than 3 weeks ago, I've lost 11 pounds, went down a pant size and am having unbelievably more energy! In fact, yesterday I was actually able to complete TWO classes, when just two weeks ago I couldn't even make it through ONE! All of the sudden, I'm feeling great, I'm making healthy food choices by CHOICE, and not by obligation, and have regained a sense of hope that I thought was long gone. If you are anything like me, and have felt like there is no point, and it's time to just give up and accept the fact you will be out of shape, or unhealthy, I would strongly urge you to give this place a shot - and give it a fair shot! Remember, I was ready to throw in the towel and say 'screw this' after my first class. Go in, try it out for a couple weeks and see for yourself why everyone is raging about this place. In over 10 years, this is the first time I've actually enjoyed working out, and I highly recommend it!

Went for my first time today, best workout I've ever had! All the trainers helped push me, and made…read moreme feel so good about myself! I'll definitely be back!

Finally, I had all my kids kicked off my credit card and there was still a charge. We figured out it was in my husbands' name (long story ) since he didn't know he had it he had never gone. Turns out we had an email from Vasa in the spring of 2020 saying, "we stopped your account (quarantine time) we won't start up your account until you come back in and start it." Despite what this emial said Vasa started charging again for over 3 years before we figured it out. It was a hassle to stop and they wouldn't refund out money or anything. They are trash. I sent the email of proof and they just didn't care. They get away with unlawful action because all the little people (me) don't have time to fight for nearly 2k $$$. My husband would have been happy with a credit in the form of a membership. Instead, I will put this review everywhere possible.
