I stated that I was interested in getting a membership but wanted to try out the gym first so inquired about drop in fee. I was advised they would charge me $20.00, though I could get in free if I go with my husband or tenant, I just wanted to work out earlier and didn't want to wait for either. I asked them what the monthly membership fee was, they replied, it's $15.00 a month to utilize 1 location. I then said, I know two people who already have memberships already who live in the same household, I just want to try out the gym as I was thinking about purchasing my own membership however, you still want to charge me $20? teply "yes" I understand they need to charge a drop in fee, I think I would treat every situation a bit different depending on circumstance. If I cannot prove Vy on my drivers license, that two other members of the gym lived in my household, I can understand that reply since there are people who will lie about things like that. It really makes me sad because I wanted to train there and have the option to work out with my husband or my tenant if I wanted to, however that experience made me not want to go to the gym ever

I took the time to do so, yet the cancellation was never processed. As a result, I continued to be charged without my knowledge. I accept this as my fault for not checking my credit card closer, but when I brought this to their attention (not expecting a refund as I should have checked my card) I was told I would still need to pay another month's fees and a yearly maintenance fee!! $%%#@$#%$ This situation reflects a serious lack of follow-through and really low grade customer care. I fulfilled my obligation by cancelling in person, and the failure to process it was entirely on their end. Expecting additional fees after their oversight is just bad business ESPECIALLY when they can see I haven't been to their gym in OVER A YEAR!!! I would not recommend this gym to anyone and I will be sure to spread the word.

Mehtab appears to have taken on a self importance to her job title "Fitness Manager". If you buy 12 months it works out to about $45 per month, which is a tad expensive compared to other offerings in the lower mainland. First thing I noticed was no lockers, just a cubby for bags and belongings. I've been to plenty of gyms in rural areas, but this is the only time I've seen anything so wide open. I'm not wired to leave my stuff unattended, so this put me off a bit, but other people might not mind it. There are 3 or 4 private bathrooms with showers for changing and cleaning up, and I saw a tanning bed which I'd presume costs extra. I dropped in during the evening time so there was no staff on hand, but there didn't seem to be towel service or a juice bar regardless, if you're into those sorts of things. The equipment was nice enough and well maintained with ample space, though there really wasn't a lot of great; only one set of dumbbells so good luck getting your hands on anything between 20-45 lbs., and no dedicated bench press so you're waiting with the squatters and dead lifters to use the rack. Kind of annoying. Finally, the people were kinda strange. Lots of guys who appeared to enjoy questionable supplement regimens, which in itself isn't that uncommon, except they all had girls with them and were doing more talking than lifting. At one point probably 5 of them all had their phones out and were taking turns doing group selfies... LOL! I got the feeling that the guys at least worked out somewhere else, then came there to show off their pump to their girlfriends. No lockers + pricey + skimpy equipment + weirdos = won't go back. Not my scene.

When I signed the contract, Jaff assured me that I could cancel the membership anytime by providing one month's notice. However, it is now May 2025, and despite sending over 20 emails and repeatedly requesting cancellation--more than 100 times--my membership has still not been terminated. On May 10, I relocated to India for medical reasons. I submitted my employment letter, flight ticket, and boarding pass as proof that I am no longer in Canada, and once again asked for the membership to be canceled. Yet, no one is responding appropriately or taking action. I genuinely don't understand why this is happening. This mishandling is causing me unnecessary distress during an already difficult time.

Every class gives you a full body workout that pushes you to your OWN limits, concentrating on every area of your body. I found in the past that boot camps concentrate on one specific area, anyone that's done lunges and squats knows there a limit and in past boot camps I have not been able to walk let alone work out for a few days after. That is NOT the way to do it. I leave Tyron's class feeling worked, sore but manageable and definitely ready for the next class.
