I'm not the most outgoing person--I usually like to walk in, get my workout done, and head home. But there is something truly special about this community. The conversations felt effortless, everyone was incredibly genuine, and I found myself feeling comfortable almost immediately. It's hard to put into words, but if you try a class, you'll understand. No matter which class you choose, you'll be welcomed like you've been part of the community all along. What impressed me just as much was the variety of classes. I had the chance to experience CrossFit, Reignite Burn, and the Bodybuilding class, and I genuinely loved every one of them. Each offered something different while maintaining the same encouraging atmosphere and quality coaching. Thank you for making my vacation week so memorable. I left stronger than when I arrived, but more importantly, I left feeling like I had found a community away from home.

Let's put it this way, I have been working with the great coaches here for over five years. This is…read morethe most enduring commitment I have ever made to my own wellness. Why do I do this? Let me count the ways: 1) Professional, educated coaches who keep the workouts fresh, and adapt to needs, capabilities, and limitations. 2) The #BFPFamily attitude- a super-supportive attitude from all the members regardless of the time of day. 3) Workouts that challenge all the muscle groups and help you be your best self. Weights, bands, balls, sleds, kettle bells, dynamic movement, body weight work, racks, ropes, rings, and yes, games! You will challenge yourself in ways you don't expect. 4) Special programming to help you with nutrition, lifestyle, and healthy choices to improve your quality of life. For those of you with kids in the house they have great programming for young folks, too. I highly recommend BFP if you are ready to make a real change! #BFPStrong

I re-injured my bad knee when no alternative exercises were prescribed for repeated sled pushes. The coach knew about the state of my knee; he had the same injury and surgery. I alerted the coach and front desk staff of the incident. An incident report was not written and I received no follow up regarding my wellbeing afterward. Subsequently, I put my membership on hold and eventually quit. Same thing happened to a friend of mine who also worked out there. As a former gym owner, I find this unacceptable. **All gyms owe its athletes a duty of care when on their property. Love the gym, but don't feel inclined to go back.

I joined in mid February and have had overwhelmingly positive interactions with the coaches & members every single day since. Having moved here March 2020 and continuing to work from home the last two years, joining this community has been a blessing in ways I hadn't even expected but truly appreciate. One of the owners, Christine, was kind and welcoming from the first email interaction through when I actually stepped foot in the gym. She continues to be a supportive coach who meets me where I'm at and challenges me to keep progressing. Jamie is the other owner who is always willing to give me feedback on form and assist me while I become more confident in the various lifts - which is so helpful! Kelsey is the coach who trained me 1:1 in the very beginning (which was beneficial beyond measure!) and continues to provide encouragement and inspiration. The other coaches I've had the chance to interact with periodically are equally as lovely - the culture here simply cannot be beat. If you've ever considered Cross Fit but were intimidated or heard mixed messages - I invite you to join this gym for a class to see what it's all about. And while this isn't the closest location to me, I'm so glad I followed the hunch & made this gym my own. I look forward to showing up each class, knowing I'll be challenged through an intentionally programmed workout surrounded by people of all fitness levels. I'm already seeing my strength improve and my confidence in the lifts continues to progress. I can't wait to see what the months ahead have in store.

I showed up at the noon class, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. After signing in and a brief tour, I was ready to go. While I expected a good workout, I did not expect the amount attention I received from the coaching staff. Even though I was only there for one day, I was treated as an equal. Upon finishing the workout, I was excited to buy a T-shirt to thank this box for the experience. CFW has the very best coaching I've had other than my own home box. I encourage anyone living or visiting the Wilmington area to go check them out. You will not be disappointed!

Nick and Andrea, the owners are friendly, professional and extremely conscientious about getting it right. The customer service is outstanding as well. From the first moment I walked through the door, they have both been nothing less than the 5 stars that I have given them. The workouts are challenging and tailored to your current level of fitness. The equipment and facility are new and well maintained. You won't find the muscle head egos in this gym . What you will find in the established clients is a friendly group that is both welcoming and supportive to newcomers . They are a solid group of fitness minded individuals. If I give 5 stars, I typically do so because there is something that stands out about the service or product. Today while working out in Brandon's 9:00 class, a new person came in late to get the free trial workout. Even though there was no class scheduled at 10:00, Brandon worked out with the prospective member at 10:00 solo. If this isn't customer service I don't know what is! If you are in the market for a Great Box, this should most definitely be on the top of your list!

Amplifly has changed my life!!…read more I've always enjoyed working out- but I think I could almost say I LOVE working out now. I never thought I would enjoy getting in exercise for the day as much as I have at Amplifly. I gave this gym a go one January day that I had off from work just to see if I liked it. I loved it so much that I continued purchasing packs of classes to come back. I live in Sneads Ferry which is about 35 minutes from this gym, I enjoy coming here so much that I'm willing to drive that time just to come here. They offer classes of all types and all experience levels are welcomed in each. I personally have only been to the spin classes, but I love them so much that I haven't tried anything else. Some of my favorite spin instructors here are CJ, Alisha, and Ali- she's the owner! The studio is spacious & offers spaces large enough for all their classes. The music is always bumping & the instructors are experienced to help out gym goers of any experience level. What I love most about this gym is that you aren't just another member. The instructors & other gym goers take the time to learn your name, and get to know you- it's like you're a member of a family. The instructors take time to get to know you & learn your goals and encourage you every step of the way. There's always some type of challenge or special going on month to month, and they encourage you to bring friends to show them what it's all about. They offer classes for children, and child care at certain days & times throughout the week for all those busy grownups that still want to prioritize their health. There are plenty of clean bathrooms available here which offer showers & almost any type of item that you could need or forgot for the gym might be found here. The staff & instructors here really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I'm so glad that I discovered Amplifly, I only wish I found it sooner!
