It has pretty much any equipment you could possibly need....free weights, machines, yoga mats, racks, and MUCH more! 24-hour access and showers makes it super convenient no matter your schedule. There's a lot of diversity in the gym..I've seen families, couples, older and younger folks...so it's a great option no matter who you are. Everyone I've interacted with at Iron House has been super courteous and respectful. The staff is super friendly and very willing to help out. You can't beat the flexibility of Anytime Fitness but what sets this club apart is the staff and the members. It's an awesome club "community" with anyone equally willing to offer spots when asked and compliments when needed. It's also exciting to see how many new people join and months later we still run into each other several times a week. It's a testament to the atmosphere the owners create and the quality of the club. There is also a very high equipment-to-member ratio so it's seldom that I have to wait for a station even when doing circuit workouts. The club is very clean and well maintained, plus conveniently located a couple hundred yards between 2 large grocery stores (Publix and Kroger). I definitely recommend this club if you're living in Mt. Juliet.

They have a indoor pool (open all year) and out door pool area (closed during winter). They have a sauna and steam room, locker rooms and family locker rooms. They could do some updates in that area but they are decent. They offer childcare from 6 weeks to 12 yrs old. You get 2 hours each day (total, not per child). It has really help my family (me) get to the gym without excuses. They have a big studio with machines and free weights. They have different classes during the day if you rather have a group class. They also offer personal trainers to help you with your fitness journey. They offer coffee and tea and have water fountains. They have a big parking lot and they have outdoor fields if you like to exercise outside. It's a great club for the whole family!
