I'm really impressed by the customer service at F Hinds. Having bought a Lorus watch from them, about 7 months later, the dial broke off, and so I took it back to have it repaired as it was under guarantee. Lorus then took several weeks to tell me that they weren't willing to fix it even though it was under guarantee, so I was understandably furious.
F Hinds, however, dealt with me with great consideration and care, and even paid for the repair because they could understand I was so frustrated at having been made to wait and then being refused when the watch was still relatively new. I certainly won't be buying Lorus again, but I will definitely be buying more things from F Hinds in future! read more
