The lady said that is an unusual size but "let me call Raleigh and Carrboro store to see if there are any on the floor for you to look at." Wish staff at Wilmington store had been nicer. Oh well.

We were told it would take 5 weeks to get the items manufactured to the specifications of their measurements. Once items were received they would be installed within a week. We gave deposit and signed contact in November, project was not completed until April! Nora, the GC was unprofessional and couldn't even take proper measurements! SHE contracted out the work for installation. It was her job to make sure that HER crews knew the specifications laid out in the contract! Well, when they didn't properly install the shower panels we were told that HER crews would have to pay for the mistake NOT her! The vanity countertop was measured incorrectly and had to be removed and recut to fit, again these were Nora's measurements! We had rectangle sinks and the sink openings were cut oval, they were going to leave it that way! Absolutely not! They then had to recut the holes and it was a horrible job! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It was a nightmare from start to finish! I wouldn't allow them back in my house for the punch list, I was afraid they would make things worse!! Plus, every time they left there was a huge mess to clean up! They never cleaned up after themselves!

The store is called surplus not slightly damaged warehouse! They make it a practice of re-wrapping and strapping the cabinets so you have no idea that they had been returned previously. Not only that, I asked for 36" blind base...they gave me 24" blind bases and tried to tell me that is what is used for a 36" blind base. Beware. Open and inspect each and every item before leaving store no matter how long it takes. They charge a 20% restocking fee if you return item without its box. So be sure to keep your box intact until you have had a chance to properly inspect all items! I suggest if you want a quality product not to shop here.

PP is a long standing business in Wilmington and to post personal negative comments on the owners astonishes me. And to critique inventory and find rudeness is just too much as well. Long time customers will tell you that PP has been working hard and giving hard for a very long time. The staff are professional and gracious. Personal, knowledgeable help is always waiting. PP provides both small and large (companies) with the healthy abundant plants and extras that have been relied upon for decades. Extensive grounds and wandering paths, healthy indoor and outdoor plants seasonally. Seasonal touches that are always a treat and never ever rudeness. Never. The many years I have been here I've seen their reputation and enjoyed their establishment. On a personal & positive note I know that the business contributes greatly to our community. There may not be fanfare and billboards but many good things transpire in PP and the giving overflows to those around them. When you go outside it's rows of greenhouses with flowers, plants and grasses. And more pots. I liked how things were divided and shade plants were in their own house. I didn't go into every one. It was very hot inside if you're trying to look at everything. Prices ranged and seemed reasonable for certain items. The staff asked if we needed any help. So many options here and I look forward to coming back.
