I'd installed a sapphire crystal on the watch -- it normally uses an acrylic one -- but it interfered with the watch movement and my ability to secure the movement to the case. He found the issue, rectified it and when I received the watch back, not only did it "run like a swiss watch", but cosmetically it appeared cleaner. Mr. Simon defines the word professional and hands down, I would trust him with ANY make or model of precision timepiece. His pricing is also more than fair. So, our journey working with Moses actually began prior to my knowledge- when my now husband had my…read moreengagement ring made. We were both so pleased with the quality of my engagement ring and the service that we decided to have both of our wedding rings made by Moses as well. My engagement ring is simple, but the craftsmanship is evident. I get so many compliments on my ring and I really believe it is because of the small details that the jewelers pay attention to! These details make a classic design stand out. I knew I wanted a little bit of a unique wedding band to pair with my engagement ring, and I chose an alternating marquis/ round design. The ring turned out exactly as I had hoped, and sits perfectly against my engagement ring. They also helped us pick out a style for my husband's wedding band. His ring is beautiful and he's very happy with it. We will definitely return to Moses for any custom needs and jeweler services needed.

She brought out two cans. Now, I was a bit surprised that a very large diamond store, which tries to elude luxury diamond rings, brings cans. I don't even drink out of a can at home. I would have thought at the very least a plastic cup with their logo on it with ice. Also, I had to laugh that they had a bunch of bic pens, the cheapest pen out there. You would have thought it would have their brand. The people were less than friendly, honestly I don't know why we spent so much money on these rings here. We had my ring upgraded, and contemplating doing it again. Going there was just a stark cold feeling. Honestly for the money, I could have gotten a Costco diamond ring for a fraction of the price, with friendlier service.
