The physical gun clearly proves the lie: it has no Gen 4 slide stamp, a tiny up-and-down mag release, and the old finger-groove bubble grip. Management even admitted it's a Gen 3 and claimed they don't even sell Gen 4s, proving their associates actively lie about inventory to upcharge and scam people. When called out, they refused to run the serial number or fix the issue, hiding behind the paperwork they used to trick her.
