I have a local business, who sized her hand, made the adjustments to the item, and I have a warranty, and a place to have the jewelry item maintained. Top notch customer service also. Customer service is alway five stars! I decided to have my ring cleaned and thank goodness Shawn inspected my ring.. Having it cleaned also ensures the inspection of the prongs and diamonds..
