Due to…read moreproximity I have always gone here when I was in a bind and had to resort to pawning until pay day. After years of using the same place and being in good standing having never lost anything due to not paying to retrieve my property they turn me down because they don't take something. When I come back with what they said they did take then that was not good enough even though it was in fine condition. They said this was due to new management. New management or not, when you have a customer who has always come back in a timely manner and paid back every loan it shouldn't matter. So for anyone who is in a bind and need to pawn something I would highly recommend trying any other pawn shop before coming here. I would leave zero stars if that were possible but it is not so I guess one star will have to

After doing my own research over the last few months on Tissot watches and not being able to find more than 1 or 2 in stock at my local Dallas, TX chain jewelry stores, I decided to visit stores in Memphis to seek insight and make a selection based on trying a few on. I came to the store two days in a row and received amazing service that exceeded all expectations of any typical buying ceremony I've ever been part of. Normally when I shop, it's very concise as I buy routine products via necessity. This purchase was quite different and symbolic to me in many ways and I am grateful that Bryan was well knowledgeable of the products. He even wore a Tissot watch the day I made my purchase which solidified my trust and his admiration of the brand I had newly become a fan of. The other personnel and management staff in store were friendly, hospitable and engaging with me and my sister as well, which made the process fun and personable. I was beyond impressed with the service and attitudes as well as selection provided by this store. I can't wait to return to Memphis for another visit and I'm already plotting my next purchase largely because of the experience provided by Bryan and crew. THANKS so much!
