Wasn't expecting much but let me tell you the customer service is impeccable! Ram is literally the G.O.A.T and Will is the icing you love on your favorite cake! Ram gave me a great price and a quality item that I was very happy with. Although pleased I decided to check a couple more places before paying in full. I put layaway to make sure and came back in a couple days knowing that was the perfect item. Ram wasn't in so Will took great care of me and helped me get my item out of layaway. He also referred me to a jeweler for sizing. Went to the jeweler and the sizing and thickness was perfect but they didn't buff or remove the scratches that likely happens during sizing from the ring. I was disappointed and didn't want to give my fiancé scratched jewelry. I decided to stop back by Sunbelt and talk to Will. He took a look at it and apologized for his referral not going above and beyond. He asked me for the ring and when he came back it looked better than new!
