I have been a member of GameStop for many many years now and I have personally never seen a…read moreGameStop or retail store in general so poorly managed as this one. There have been multiple occasions that I have gone in and been ignored by staff and stood around for ten minutes before anyone has said anything. There have been times where I am in the middle of a transaction and the employees will start talking to a coworker out of nowhere, slowing down my experience. If this was a one or two time thing I can understand, it gets busy, but every time I walk into this store I am appalled. There are other issues as well, such as them misrepresenting prices on games, having things out on the floor that aren't actually available, and very clearly not knowing the merchandise they are selling. I would give this place 0 stars if I could but I can't. Please do not go to this store, your money and time are better spent at another game stop location.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Josephs is a store with a wide range of jewelry, where you…read morecan find one of a kind pieces that are incredibly high end, or you can find more modest jewelry at more fordable prices. I bought my fiance's wedding ring and band here and I had wonderful service. I would suggest making an appointment if you already have a ring or another piece in mind so that you can be helped immediately, particularly on weekends. Otherwise you should be able to walk right in and have someone assist you on week days. As part of their service they like to make sure that you are educated as a buyer, which was great for me being that I had never bought a diamond ring before. They had booklets that I could keep and worked with me for about a hour just educating me about diamonds. They brought out several diamonds, showing me different qualities and sizes so I knew exactly what I wanted and why diamonds are priced the way they are. They even told me to go to a few other location first to get a feel and talk to other stores just so I could understand the market and then decide if the ring I had picked there was still the ring I wanted the following week. Overall they really care about their customers and they don't work off of commission, so they are not pushy. The only draw back is that they are still upper end so I would seriously consider your budget if you are planning on buying a ring here. It's well worth it but if you you don't have a solid amount saved up you may be only disappointed when you see all the other rings in the store.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They even helped us find their bathroom so we could change our daughter's diaper. Often, places that are a little higher end, get full of themselves and get weird, but these folks were great. This store looked like all of their others and had a nice layout and selection. We ended up buying some pillows for our living room couch, so the mission was accomplished.
