It was sent out and came back many months later and all was well. Upon my return to pick up my GMT I found a new Rolex DJ 41 that I was excited to purchase along with some new jewelry for my wife. These were my first purchases from the store. All was good until I found smudges on the dial of a brand new Rolex watch. Came back in less than 30 days to politely ask for a refund and management declined saying "they already called Mr Marks and all they could do was return to Rolex for who knows how long and for them to fix it." Meaning now they have to open a brand new Rolex case and movement and repair. Surely this could have been refunded or even store credit and returned to Rolex as a problem and tried to work with the new Rolex customer and clearly a Rolex enthusiast on obtaining a new piece of some sort. Customer service is lacking here. All I was offered was a bottle of water upon leaving the store without my new watch and the inconvenience that is incurred. No "How can we make this up to you?" or "What can we do to make this right with you since you're clearly unhappy about your experience" Needless to say new customers should be warned. Especially given their top notch reputation. And reputation of Rolex Authorized Dealers. A detailed letter will be sent to Rolex as well. Will update here when my Rolex is returned to me... Selling everything from earrings, charms, bracelets, necklaces, rings, etc, you are bound to find something. They have gifts for both men and woman. They have loads of gems and stones to go with your birth month or really for anything. Charms that used to be $12.50 are now a whopping $40 or more. But who cares? If your a James Avery fan, you are a fan forever, at any cost. If you're like me your charm bracelet holds over 40 plus charms. They have charms for colleges, pets, hobbies, life events, charms for any holiday you can think of. Of course, any James Avery enthusiast has their bracelet for the charms. When you purchase a charm, they will add it to the bracelet for free PLUS they clean the bracelet for you. There used to be a time where they would make a retired charm for you, however since the original owner retired a lot has changed. If you want an old charm, look on ebay or a neighborhood facebook group. A couple of times a year they run specials like buy two charms and get a bracelet or something like that. When I returned thinking I was given a different piece by mistake, I was told matter-of-factly that is what happens. My daughter was very disappointed since this is a special item to her!
