I had my rope chain serviced, I wanted to fix one link that had broke, and "only that one link" to…read morebe fixed, as it stated on my invoice receipt the day I turned it in and picked it up, well it had took nearly a month in a half to receive my chain back , to my surprise when I went to pick it up, they had fixed the entire necklace, so I was stuck having to pay for a significantly large tab on services that I did not request, then the lady had called my necklace holloooooow, which is craaazy, so after having to pay, I went back to the jewelry store located in corpus where I had purchased the chain to have them verify, because I only have solid necklaces because hollow chains are to fragile, and turns out it was in fact, indeed, a solid rope, which is crazy because you could visibly see that it was not hollow where the link had broke, I just felt so disrespected, but the service that I had to pay, unfortunately was great quality service. The necklace was fixed beautifully, I probably won't be going back there unfortunately

Every other customer in the store was being helped and the employees were wrapping presents like Santa's elves and sending people on their merry ways.
