I've had to make several trips to this location lately, as I have had lots of crafty-type…read moresituations arise. First, my daughter needed supplies to decorate her graduation cap with. Then, I needed to make a poster board/collage of pictures for her graduation open house. I returned to get a helium tank for balloons for that same open house. Lastly, I purchased a bunch of supplies to start scrapbooking. On each visit, I have been able to find exactly what I needed and the staff is always perky and helpful. Unfortunately, the helium tank that I purchased failed me on the day of my event, so I called the store to inquire about returning the tank. Wendy, who I believe is a manager, listened to my issue and told me that they would take it back and provide me with a refund. I appreciated her not giving me a hassle; the return of a defective helium tank could be viewed as someone trying to get over, but she took my word for it and the return process was quick and easy. I used the money to purchase more scrapbooking supplies! I'm sure I'll be back soon.

They have wall to wall and several aisles stocked full of product. They even have a buy 2 items under $3 get the 3rd item under $3 free. They have loads of dvds/blurays, cds, some books/manga, old and new games and systems, and some awesome collectibles. The employees definitely were the cherry on top. He was telling us about the setup of the store, deals the have and about their trade in policies (which are the states policy and super intense to stop stolen items from being sold. They even do fingerprints). My husband is officially obsessed with this store and if he could live here he would. We had to go back to the hotel to grab a game to trade in and on the way back he said "I love this place. I know we aren't there but I'm going to talk like we are because my soul is there". It has an amazing collection of used video games for a variety of platforms, like Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo DS, Gameboy, Wii, and even games for systems that old heads like me were brought up on, like the original Nintendo, Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. The prices for these used games are suuuuuper good. Like, I was seeing price tags with $1.99 and $3.99 on them. We picked up a Plants vs. Zombies Nintendo DS game for $14.99, which according to my kid was a good price for a game he really wanted. They sell everything from refurbished Meta Quest VR headsets to Tamagotchi, which I didn't even know kids played still! Wow! A blast from the past. That's another thing: If you're a person of a certain age and you want to wax nostalgic about your middle school/high school years to the teenager you brought with you, visit Disc Replay. In the back of the store are aisles and aisles of used DVDs and Blu-Ray movies. My teenager asked me if this is what Blockbuster used to look like. Bless his heart. I said no and patiently described the wonder that was Blockbuster. Kids today just won't ever know; it's a dang shame. But thankfully, physical media is still a thing, and if you want to pick up a DVD copy of You Don't Mess with the Zohan, you can do that here. The people who work at Disc Replay are friendly and know their stuff. They answered our questions, and you can tell they don't only sell video games and movies, but they partake in this culture, too.

Very poor managed with very poor communication. I've also had friends experience similar issues at the store would not recommend to anyone.

Just stopped in here to look at wedding bands and had a very poor experience. My partner and I have…read morebeen together for a very long time, but haven't legally tied the knot. We bought my engagement ring here in 2022 and have contemplated where to get our wedding bands from. When I stopped in here last Saturday to have my engagement ring cleaned, a staff member told me they were having out of town designers fly in this weekend for a big sale and to come back and have drinks and hors d'oeuvres. We both work Monday-Friday and were already busy on Saturday, so I asked if they would be open on Sunday for the event. She said they would be open 12-5. We decided we would get brunch in Castleton and then pop over to look at weddings bands today. The older woman who is always at the front door greeted us and we went to peruse the wedding bands at the back of the store. Not one other employee greeted us, asked if we wanted to look at anything, if we needed help with anything, etc. There was no additional stock or outside designers there today like I was told last week, so I guess they only came in for Friday/Saturday. Which is frustrating since I expressed that we would only be able to come in on Sunday and she didn't mention anything about them not being here today. We looked through all of the wedding bands we have already seen before and had to keep stepping around staff members who were blocking display cases while having personal conversations (not anything to do with jewelry). At one point, several men started yelling and jumping up and down because they had the Colts playing on the TV. Super weird vibes for a jewelry store. The last straw was when a woman who was sitting inside of the wedding bands area, but again never even greeted us, asked another staff member if he wanted something and he came over and sat his soda down on the display case we were actively looking at and then leaned back on it and started blocking it. We promptly decided to leave since we weren't being acknowledged. We previously had a very bad experience with a customer service staff member when we came in to have an antique tanzanite ring resized and appraised that had been gifted to me by my great-grandmother. After today, we are just going to only come here for maintenance/warranty needs on my engagement ring and look elsewhere for wedding bands.
