Bucky and I made the drive to the HEB Plus and found the truck. Interestingly enough, they operate kinda like a drive-thru, but they accept walk-ups, too. Immediately after I pulled up, they saw Bucky and offered him a pup cup. I didn't even have to ask! The cooed and fawned over him as they saw him enjoy it in my back seat. For myself, I got the cortado and I asked for a recommendation. She suggested a Tres Leches cold brew with cinnamon. Right on - I went ahead and ordered it. The cortado was ver nice, with minimal paper cup flavor. It was smooth with a roasted flavor, and a nice, creamy viscosity. A pretty good, respectable cortado. The Tres Leches cold brew reminds me of merienda with my family in Brownsville, despite us usually not having cold coffee - haha. But the flavors were delicious. The coffee was strong, but still had that "flavored latte" taste I tend to enjoy on a hot day. That tres leches foam is truly a delight. If I lived closer, I'd probably be here every day they're open. However, now that I know that they're really good, I may have to make some frequent stops.

Best Tacos in San Antonio. Did not know about this place until lately. And since finding it, we've been regular customers. Love this place. They use quality meat that is not fat, and grilled to perfection in their tacos and burritos. Love how their tacos and burritos are not dripping in fat. Right amount of seasoning and garnishes.
