I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. Now why am I commenting, because you helped get my neighbor to the hospital at 2AM when she had heart palpations, see I've been looking at 2 neighbors who have car covers for their, windshields as we live in an apartment complex. In past years it takes me 5-15 minutes to clear snow and scrape the ice off the windows. Then the detailing/headlight restore and ceramic coat of the body and windows, that your young lady recommended. This whole winter since the Ceramic coating, the snow and ice falls off. (also the dirt, rain, everything, it' like my car is teflon coated) And last Saturday night, when I saw my neighbor in the hallway at 2AM, with Heart Palpations. I walked her out to my car helped her in the front seat, started the car and I walked around the car and brushed off the ice and snow with my gloved hand, (no snow brush, no scraper). 60 seconds, (not 5-15 minutes !) ! ! The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

Of course they upsale, but seeing the shape of my car I agreed to it all haha. The process for pulling up to being complete was just a little bit over an hours. The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!
